ONE WEEK MINIMUM: (Monthly rentals also) Smoke Free and Pet Free. Brand new luxurious 3722 square foot home with private pool and spa,billiard table,shuffleboard court, 3 BR 3.5 baths with high end cozy beds and bedding. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and a ceiling fan! The wonderful award winning design features elegant travertine flooring, rich granite counter tops, custom wood cabinets, Stainless Steel appliances perfect for entertaining, including 2 dishwashers, 4 ovens, and 8 stovetop burners! A majestic granite kitchen island seats 9! This patio home surrounds the pool and spa on three sides, so you can view the pool from the dining room, living room and family room/kitchen. The large 11,000 square foot lot also has an outdoor dining area with built in barbeque.
The home is 1 mile east of trendy El Paseo shopping, dining and entertainment, and 1 mile west of the Hyatt Grand Champions, and the new $65mm Indian Wells resort Clubhouse, the "IW club". Also at the Indian Wells resort are 36 holes of premium public golf, and home of the "Skins" game.
There is a 50 inch plasma TV in family room with a large L shaped couch and 2 leather recliners, perfect for entertaining, as it is adjacent to the open kitchen and island! There is also a 42" plasma in the master bedroom, as well as a spacious bathroom with a large tub, marble floors and counters. A beautiful 8' pool table is available for use.
The home is not suitable for young children, or children who don't swim well, as it has 13 doors, including 11 french doors, and the pool/spa does not have protective child gates or nets.
King bed in master, Queen bed in Jr. master, and 2 full beds in 3rd bedroom. There is also a pull out twin bed. There are 4 large couches, that are very comfy for sleeping on as well, and extra pillows/bedding, etc.
Tired of driving to go out while on vacation? Walk to the nearby "Nest" for dinner with live entertainment, dancing and local singers, or walk to the nearby St. Germain or Don Diegos with strolling mariachis!

Indian wells is one of the highest per capita income cities in the U.S., and it is centrally located in the desert. The home is close to El Paseo, Indian Wells resort, and LaQuinta, all some of my favorite places.

This was the PERFECT place for us. A little business entertaining, a business meeting and plain R & R for us! It's outfitted to the nines, a very plush interior, very quiet and private. Our locals were so impressed that I doubt this will have any openings later, as all were thinking of this as back up for their own friends. You couldn't ask for a nicer lady to deal with. She is as classy as the place! VERY satisfied renters.

I have stayed in this magnificent house on multiple occasions now. Luxury is an understatement when speaking about this property. It is beautiful and comfortable as well as conveniently located to some of Palm Springs finest golf courses, shopping and dining. You won’t be disappointed in this home!
