We are a family of four and enjoy a few months each year escaping to our desert retreat - often with our two grown daughters and close friends. Rex is a senior executive with a global agri-business company, and avid fly fisher, and Joanne is a property manager and volunteer.
Why the Owner Chose La Quinta Fairways
We have been coming to the desert for decades and finally decided to buy in late 2009. We bought it for the quiet, private location and the spectacular views ! And we extensively remodelled and upgraded our home - inside and out.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Golf of course, but also the cycling is great and there are many interesting hiking opportunities in the nearby mountains. We enjoy walking or cycling to "Old Town" a few minutes away.
