My husband and I enjoyed our 15th wedding anniversary at this lovely cabin. It was charming and very clean. The sunroom overlooking a beautiful waterfall was exceptional. It is one of the most peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable weekends we have experienced in quite some time. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for time away with someone they love and to escape the daily demands of life. The location is excellent as very close to Blairsville, Young Harris, and Hiawassee. We discovered a couple of good restaurants, namely, MichaelLee Chocolate Wraps (don't let the name fool you), as well as The Chop House at Hiawassee and Brothers at Willow Ranch. There are also plenty of shops and antique malls for your enjoyment. The owner was very easy to work with and we will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

My husband and I spent a week in this delightful cabin celebrating our 24th Anniversary. We appreciate Brenda's generosity in sharing this blessing with us. It was such a refreshing change from the overcrowded and touristy Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, yet there was plenty to see and do within a short drive. Don't worry about bringing anything but clothes and toiletries: there is a great little meat market not far from the cabin, and there are Ingles Supermarkets (get a shopper's card) in Blairsville and Hiawasee. All of the comforts of home with privacy and the incredible waterfall to to sooth the weary soul. We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We had planned day trips around the area, but hardly wanted to leave and explore. We found ourselves returning and even skipped going to a restaurant in favor of grilling on the deck. We look forward to staying again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks so much for taking the time to add a rewiew. I know it helps others in making a decision on which cabin to choose with so many available. Look forward to your return.

The cabin and its surrounds over a perfect romantic getaway. The moss in front of the cabin and all along the stone walkway provided a beautiful welcome along with the sounds of the waterfalls from the creek. The views and seclusion are amazing. The cabin was very warm and cozy with everything provided. The only thing I would have changed would have been getting rid of the knats that always hung out on the outside of the deck doors, forcing you to quickly enter and exit if you did not want them invading the cabin. I am sure they are just due to the proximity of the creek. My stay was amazing and the owner was always quick to respond to any questions. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway. It provided us and amazing honeymoon!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thanks for the review. Sorry about the knats. There along with alot of nauture of pests , bees, flies, just love the place too. But then you get the butterflies, and humming birds to balance it all out. Wishing you many years of a happy marriage and a return trip of your honeymoon. Brenda

We stayed from Mon thru Thursday to visit family in the Blairsville area and decided to try and get a mini vacation in as well by staying at Nature Lover's. I honestly see why so many of you have written such words as peaceful and relaxing...because it is. Brenda thank you so much for sharing your home with us. I can see all the love you have put into this home trying to make it comfortable. I am soooo gonna miss that sun room. So nice. I read a book, napped enjoyed your front porch swing and glider. Not a sound but the birds and that wonderful water fall. We slept like a rock. We are people who normally are up at 6...well dear we slept til almost 10. Was wonderful. Hot tub in the middle of the day...our sore old backs...you are sending us back all rested and we are grateful. Thank you for everything...if you are trying to decide where to stay...ya don't need the lake view people...this place is sooo much better!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This was our 40th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have spent it at a better place. It was so calming and peaceful, we didn't now places like this still existed. Sitting on the deck listening to the waterfall was wonderful. We were sitting there one morning and three wild turkeys came down the hill and cross the creek at the top of the waterfall. We have been to several cabins in the past but never to a place so relaxing and peaceful. Thanks Brenda for sharing this special place with us. We look forward to visiting again. We enjoyed a beautiful Easter weekend at this cabin. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had found a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Cozy, comfy, and quaint this home is all it claims to be and more. We fell in love with the gorgeous sitting room and drank our morning cofee to the sound of the breathtaking waterfalls and the song of the birds. Enjoyed a BBQ, and unwound our tensions in the relaxing hot tub. We slept like babies in the comfortable king bed, and fell asleep to the rushing creek each night. The location is very secluded, and easy to find by direction. The pics do not do justice to this lovely sanctuary. Clean and well-maintaned, Brenda has a great eye for decorating. She was very easy to work with, and has a pleasant and kind personality. We would HIGHLY recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a totally blissful vacation or get-away. We found some lovely antique stores in town, and drove along the countryside and took in the sights and sounds of nature in this mountain paradise. Thank you so much, Brenda for sharing your heavenly home with us. We hope to be back again soon!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Brenda, just wanted you to know that your cabin is an absolute paradise, did not want to leave and cannot wait to get back. To anyone that is looking for a cabin to stay that is everything you hoped it would be, then this is the place. We have stayed at many over the last 11yrs and this place beats them all...the falls are amazing, and you just feel at home..listened to My Kind of Music and sat in the glass sunroom and watched the falls...what a way to live!!! Thank you so much. BeckyRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I know the phrase is over used, but this really is a little slice of heaven! The cabin was just wonderful, and it felt like we had really gotten away from all of the stress and aggravation of the world. Amazingly isolated, peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to Blairsville and Young Harris to have all the creature comforts nearby. Sherry and I left the window open and fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waterfall. People in that area are the nicest, salt-of-the-earth folks I've ever met; and Ms. Brenda was the perfect host - everything was perfect when we arrived, and she called to check on us when bad weather threatened. Get a cup of coffee, sit on the deck and watch the waterfall, or relax in the hottub, and you'll immediately start to wonder why you would ever go back to the "real world"! Thank you, Brenda, and we'll be coming back soon and often!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
