We are easy to access, just off the Merida-Progresso highway, 10 minutes north of the historic Merida Colonial Centro and 15 minutes south of the beautiful, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico's Emerald Coast. We are located on a large lot, backing onto the 18-hole, par 72, Club de Golf de Yucatan. The house has a large master bedroom with ensuite; guest room with ensuite; two additional bedrooms with shared bath; spacious living and dining room; den/office; large kitchen, and laundry/storage space.
