A large 26 foot step down concrete dock gives easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. The 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is tastefully decorated in a tropical theme. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin bed. The living room has queen sofa sleeper.
Each of the bedrooms has a doorwall to access the homes walk around deck.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, granite counters and includes all dishes and cookware to make your stay feel at home. The 16 foot door wall allows open water views from both the dining room and living room.
You can fish off the seawall or just jump in and snorkel in the Bay.
A 2 person kayak is provided for your getaway adventure on the water along with 2 adult bicycles (conch cruisers) for your land explorations.
