This spacious first floor unit is walking distance to the center of town, and the ski lift, and centrally located in Breckenridge. Amenities include a private wash/dryer, stonewall gas fireplace, steam shower, and private balcony. There are two on site hot tubs, very close to the front door of this unit. The unit also has an outside locking ski storage closet.
This warmly furnished unit features two roomy bedrooms and two baths arranged in two private suites. The layout of this unit is a great setup for multiple families sharing the unit or larger families. It sleeps 6 with a Queen in the master suite, and a Queen, and twin bunk beds, in the second suite with a TV.
This is a warm, embracing condo in the perfect location for enjoying Breckenridge. Just 2 blocks from the Snowflake Lift, at the bottom of Four O’clock ski run and one block from the center of Breckenridge where you can shop, dine, explore the galleries and enjoy the nightlife. During the summer months, you can hear the live music from River Walk Center while sitting on our balcony.
Across the street from Park Place, you can catch the Town Trolley for roaming around Breckenridge or the Summit Stage which will take you to Keystone or Copper Mountain ski areas as well as the other Summit County communities – all for FREE. The Town Trolley can take you to the indoor recreation center where you can enjoy the swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball and fitness center.
Covered parking is available at Park Place and, we furnish a free parking permit pass for your stay at our Unit.

Owner Description
We have been enjoying Colorado for more than 20 years. We have family that live year-round in Breck and Dillon. We have always been enchanted by the mountains, both in winter and in summer. Our two children have grown up spending many ski and summer seasons playing in this wonderful environment. Our son went to college in Colorado because he liked it so much.
Why the Owner Chose Park Place
We chose Park Place for our second home and vacation rental because of its ideal location. The center of town is just a block across the street and over the Blue river. You can sit on the balcony and hear the music from River Walk Center, a beautiful cultural events center for the town.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, art galleries, shops, and, the Snowflake lift and the new Gondola. The Gondola is free to ride up to Peak 8 base in the summer. Keep your camera ready for moose sightings!

Great Condo Christmas get-away!

Gary and Diane were very easy condo owners to work with and the condo was exactly as advertised. It is in a very nice location to walk to shops and restaurants, and still is very convenient to the slopes. We ended up taking the free shuttle in the morning to the Beaver Run lift and then in the afternoon we took the 4 O Clock run all the way to the base of the mountain, which was about 200 yards from the condo. While it is an older condo, it is in very nice condition, has has been updated. It was very clean and well-maintained. It was perfect for our group. We were able to cook breakfasts and dinners and had plenty of space to enjoy hanging out and relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children.

For the four of us, three skiers and myself, a non skier, this was a most comfortable and convenient condo for a perfect stay in Breckenridge. We parked the car and never had to use it again until the day we left. The skiers had an easy walk up the street to get on a lift or just a walk across the street to catch the shuttle to any lift or any part of town and back for a quick lunch then back to the slopes. After their long days of skiing, they braved the few steps in the snow to the warm and soothing water in the hot tub. While the others were skiing, I would make the short walk to town to shop and take in the beauty and history. Each evening we all walked to town for dinner in Breckenridge. I wish we had the time for a longer stay. Thank you for accommodating all of our needs.

The condo was so nice. I love the fact that the kitchen and bathrooms were renovated. Having stayed in other Park Place units yours is much newer feeling! I will definitely consider your condo again in the future!

We have a lovely vacation in your mountain home and cared for it as if it were our own. we really enjoyed our vacation. We visited the pool, enjoyed the parade and Art Festival, went biking, white water rafting, etc. The condo was a great location for the summer festivities.
