Old Florida charm is what you get when you stay at our beach cottage. Built in the late 1930's, but with all modern day conveniences. The kitchen has been redone with new counter tops, cabinets, refrigerator and stove. We've also put in a new air conditioner, a new hot water heater, new 42" flat screen plasma TV, and new couches. The living area has hard wood floors and fireplace.
Take a short 3 mile drive south down scenic A1A to trendy Atlantic Ave for shopping, dining and dancing. You can also go north on A1A and take a beautiful 15 mile drive up to ritzy Palm Beach.
Wake up, grab some coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean where later on in the afternoon you can snorkel on a wonderful reef just 10 yards off the beach. There is an ocean kayak, fishing poles and bicycles for you to enjoy.
Just around the corner is the best market and deli in all of South Florida!! It is located right next door to one of the oldest surf shops in the state. So sit back, kick off your shoes, take a walk in the sand and enjoy!!

We had a great time while on vacation here. The owner had bikes, surf boards and a sea kayak available for our use. The beach was a few minutes walk, and made staying in this house even more worth while. There is a small reef off the beach, and we were able to see manatee swimming along the reef. There was so much to do, and the opportunity to not do anything at all, which was what we had hoped for in this vacation. We would definately stay here again. The owner even brought us wood for the fireplace when it cooled off at night. Thank you!!

Returning this Autumn after several previous visits. Close to major routes and activity but in a quiet low key mellow beachfront community (no tombstone high rises). For beach and coastal people, this cottage with oceanside character is what it's all about. Walk, bicycle, beach it, or just chill in the yard of this comfy homey clean cottage with all the amenities and odds and ends you'll need for a week or a month. Awesome clean beach right out the door to the right! Easy to find but hard to leave.

This charming beach cottage is a great find. Very quiet area, beautiful beach and a great deli just up the street. We have been vacationing here for the last two and a half years and love it even more with each stay. Everything is so close, I-95 if we need to get somewhere fast, A1A for those beautiful, slow scenic drives along the ocean and Alantic Ave. in Delray Beach, a great place to visit, awesome restaurants and shops. The cottage is small and just perfect for 2 people but it does sleep 4. We are so glad we found this place, we hope to continue vacationing here for many years to come.
