My title really says it all. The excellence of this home begins with the owner and the property manager; attentive, courteous, and thorough through every step. The house itself is stunning. Amazingly decorated yet very comfortable and inviting unlike other homes that feel like museums. It's an open floorplan, so once all the bedroom doors are open, everyone is sharing the space making this perfect for entertaining. The pictures really do not do justice to this home. The home has everything you need, just bring your clothes and toiletries. Great location as well, with La Quinta and its unique restaurants 10 minutes in one direction, and Palm Desert and its shopping and dining on El Paseo 10 minutes in the other direction. I cannot recommend this vacation rental enough, and hope to return someday.

Our annual vacation has been one of our most valued events that we plan for months in advance...our choice to stay at this home was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The house was incredibly comfortable, fun and rejuvenating. The home offers wonderful conversational spaces as well as private, quiet spaces - the interior design of the home is exceptional! The pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to spend the entire day even when the temperature is over the 100-degree mark (we are happy in that temp) - we love the unique design of the pool steps -why don't more pools function like this one? Joe and Grace, the property managers, were very accommodating and made themselves available whenever we needed their assistance – we couldn’t ask for more. The location allowed us to effortlessly explore the region (biking and hiking). We hope to return again soon- this home was a perfect vacation location for us! Thank you!!

What a great house! The decor is fun, cheery and family friendly. This home has a perfect layout, there is space to spend time with your family as well as great outdoor space to hangout in front of the outdoor fire place and chat or read while lounging in the hammock. We will definitely be back! The property is also clean, and very well maintaned.

A truly superb property

My wife and I have been lucky enough to have stayed in some fabulous properties in the Coachella Valley even as recently as July this year (Palm Desert) and this trip was a little winter vacation bonus and how lucky we felt that we managed to rent this home. It is a wonderful vacation rental, stylish, high quality and full of charm. It was mid-November but the weather was still very nice (mid 70's each day) and although the pool required heating (extra fee) it was worth every cent. The hot tub is big enough for 5-6 people and is just sublime. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms of this superb home are of the highest quality and very stylishly decorated. There is a strong zen theme throughout the property that gives it character and indeed some harmony. A highly recommended property that won't disappoint.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

i've stayed in a variety of desert homes and none of them come close to this show stopper in Indian Wells; absolutely stunning open air, high ceiling, large 3 bedroom getaway is so beautiful you may not want to leave! the owners ( i googled them ) are award winning interior decorators from Vancouver whose home was just published in the prestigous "Western Livng" magazine. every detail including surround sound, gorgeous heated pool 'n spa and Master bathroom was worth every penny; they clearly spared no expense......I was so impressed with the photo's on this site and beyond impressed when i walked in with their caretaker who is on 24/7 I highly recommend booking your next vacation here.....if it's available! Enjoy!!

A Perfect Getaway!

This was our second stay at this great house! We first stayed here in April 2010. So, when my wife and I were looking to get away for a few days this November, we both immediately said let's go back! The home is perfectly located in the heart of Indian Wells, in a very private, quiet neighborhood, and not far from world class shopping on El Paseo Drive, and other major shopping amenities. You are close to several restaurants, and near other choices in Palm Desert and La Quinta. We especially enjoyed dining at the IW Club, about a 4 minute drive from the house. The home is impeccable. From the fully equipped kitchen, to the built-in sound system to ensure music in every room, to the art deco decor, to the landscaping - very tastefully done. All bedrooms have flat screen LCD TVs. We planned our daily outings so that we could optimize our afternoon time outdoors by the pool, as the temperatures hovered around 97 degrees Fahrenheit - awesome for November. Needless to say, the pool was very refreshing, and we also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The owners, Jill & Andrew , clearly take pride in their home. In fact, before we left for this vacation, we found the home featured in Western Living Magazine (a publication in Western Canada), which helped us get further excited about our stay. Andrew very promptly answers any questions about his home and makes booking a very easy experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Joe (& his wife Grace), the property manager who ensured that all our needs were met. All & all, everyone is extremely pleasant & friendly - you don't often get this at many four/five star resorts. We will definitely be back!

We stayed only two nights at this amazing place and wished we had about 5 more to spend! They had everything we needed from a coffee maker to bikes in the garage and tons of towels for sun bathing. Suround sound music and modern, silent ceiling fans were on the entire time. It was really an enchanting place. The management was sweet and accommodating too. Really all you could ask for. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Stunning

The home is stunning and the high quality of the design and finish is not captured in the pictures. Every effort has been made to create a beautiful, stylish and comfortable home, with no lack of consideration for every detail from kitchen utensils, to sound system, to furniture and to bedding. The pool is naturally a key feature of this property and it is a wonderful area in which to relax, while having enough space to fully enjoy the pool area both at day and in the evening, with outdoor speakers and excellent furniture. Inside, the high-design gives the home a stylish feel, but has every feature you would require from a vacation property, especially if you plan to cook and eat at home. Location is also a bonus, with virtually no outside news and myriad facilities nearby, including every store and restaurant you may need. Overall, an amazing home in a great location, with wonderfully friendly and helpful local property managers as well.
