Rental of this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home includes GUEST PASSES for unlimited, discounted use of the Wintergarden Indoor Pool and Spa, as well as discounted lift tickets and ski rentals. In the summer, our guests have free use of three outdoor pools and Lake Monocan Park and discounts at two golf courses and children's Out of Bounds recreation activities. The FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE stops only a few steps from the house, offering a hassle-free way to reach any destination in the resort.
Our sun-filled home is situated on the 17th tee of the golf course. Within steps of our front door, you will find activities for the entire family. We are located directly across the street from the Wintergarden's spa, fitness center, and indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. Also nearby are the Devil's Knob tennis facility and golf clubhouse. Trillium Nature Center is practically next door, offering nature walks and other programs for adults and children, as well as directions to miles of hiking trails in and around Wintergreen. For children, there are activities at the Treehouse and at the Out of Bounds Adventure Center (rock-climbing, putt-putt, skateboarding, bungee jumping, rock climbing, miniature golf and much more.)
The first floor of the house features a living room with wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, half bath and laundry area. A large, wrap-around deck looks out onto the golf course.
On the second floor is a huge master bedroom with king bed, full bath with double vanity, and a walk-in closet. Also on this level is a second large bedroom with two twin beds and a second bath. The third floor has two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and sitting area and the other has twin beds, with a full bath in the hall. The house is equipped with high-speed, wireless Internet access. The TWO-CAR GARAGE with adjacent ski storage is a big bonus, especially in the winter.

We loved our stay in this great townhouse!! The bed rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking supplies The decor was beautiful and very cozy!!! A wonderful time was had by all!!.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

We loved this townhouse as it was perfect for 2 families. Each family had their own floor with plenty of space. The location was great across from the wintergarden and shuttle stop. Home was updated and quite comfortable. We'd definitely rent it again.

The location was perfect! We were able to catch the shuttle bus to the ski slopes and literally walk to the spa from the house. The house was close to the Nature Foundation and trash dumpsters - which made clean up easy on Sunday. We didn't have to go far for anything! The home is so warm and cozy inside. Nicely decorated with every detail being adhered to - from the bathroom fixtures, to furniture, internet access, comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out. The number of beds and bathrooms worked perfectly for a group of 8 women.

From one of our guests: Wintergreen has become our favorite place for a fun family vacation. For two years we have enjoyed 9 Trillium Place with our children and grandchildren. James (6) and Tommy (3) look forward to activities at the Nature Center located next door. Daughter Susan and I relax at the spa across the street. The men require newspapers, shade and no bugs, all found on the large back deck! All have been accommodated at this great property, known by the grandchildren as "our mountain house"!
