Why the Owner Chose Maricopa
We chose the Maricopa area because it's still close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quite of a small town.
The Nascar race track is only about 40 Minutes from our home, and we are regular fans. We also ride motorcycles, and there are miles and miles of beautiful scenic rides within an hour of our location.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There are plenty of great resturants in town, the famous "Duke golf course is only 5 minutes away, and the Harris Casino is only about a mile away.

My wife was born and raised in Arizona, and really enjoys the heat. We are currently living in Utah, but enjoy the Arizona climate.
We plan to move there when we retire, and that's one of the reasons we purchase this home.

We enjoyed our stay in your Maricopa home. We appreciated your quick response to any question we had during our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Our favorite breakfast place was the Sunrise Cafe.
