We accept all renters of all ages, but do ask you to disclose if renting under the age of 25. We also accept renters with pets on a case to case basis, but also want to reiterate to those that do not have pets, that the property is professionally steam cleaned upon departure of the previous renter with a pet to assure of no allergens, etc.
