This home is located in an exclusive gated community directly against the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. Less than one mile from Old Town La Quinta, a variety of restaurants (from casual to fine dining), shops, parks, services, including street fairs featuring local artists and merchants. This brand new beautiful fully furnished 4400 square foot home is surrounded by mountains and features four bedrooms, four baths, enormous great room with built in bar. The home also has a private office for your working vacation which includes internet access. You enter the home through a private courtyard with an outside fireplace and patio furniture for complete relaxation as you enjoy the fire and view.
From the courtyard, you enter the great room, equipped with a fireplace, built in bar (seats six), two dining areas, and 67 inch HDTV with surround sound system. The great room flows into the dining and kitchen area, equipped with top of the line stainless appliances. This great room looks out through 10 foot sliding doors into the beautifully landscaped back yard with pool, spa, patio table, chairs, loungers and a barbeque. The master bedroom has its own fireplace, king-size bed, walk in closet, master bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms two and three are very large with king and queen beds, sofas, and share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is considered a casita, with queen bed, bath and private entrance to courtyard. There is a laundry room next to the garage with washer and dryer.
Right outside the gates of our community is the famous La Quinta walking, hiking and biking trail around the Santa Rosa Mountains. La Quinta is truly the place to be as it has something for everyone, not to mention the great weather! So come relax and enjoy our desert home at Flores de Montanas. Pool heat per week @ $200 and a one-time cleaning fee of $250. Security deposit is $1500, fully refundable within 10 days of departure.
