A home away from home in beautiful sunny Melbourne. This contemporary designed is in a nice safe and quiet gated community minutes away from I-95. This family friendly home is 2200 sq. ft. under air and fully furnished with everything you will need.
It sleeps 2-8 comfortably. The interior of the home consists of a large family room, dining, eat in kitchen, large master bed room with king size bed, 1 bedroom with a full size bed, a baby room and a private suite with a full bath.
There is a outdoor patio with a table and chairs for entertaining or simply enjoying a nice breeze. The yard is well maintained with matured gardens and trees which overlook a pond.
The beach is 3 miles away. The Orlando area with all its attraction is just one hour away ( Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands Of Adventure, Wet & Wild, Dinner Shows, Etc.) The Brevard Zoo is just minutes from your front door. And you may even be here for a launch at Kennedy Space Center (just miles up A1A or catch it from your front yard). Municipal golf course and many other courses are close by.
Downtown Melbourne is just a 10 minute drive. It features a quaint main street with excellent Restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, bars and boutiques. For up scale shopping and dining experience visit The Avenues of Viera , just a 20 minute drive.

Confirmed reservations require a $500.00 reservation deposit. Rental fees are due no later than 14 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. The reservation deposit will convert to a security deposit upon arrival. We will naturally return the five hundred ($500) security deposit within 30 days after departure if nothing is broken, missing, or in need of repair due to abuse, and assuming the return of all keys.
