Perfect for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening in front of the massive moss rock fireplace, a centerpiece of the home. This main level includes a large 2nd bedroom with a magnificent window, full bath and hot-water in-floor radiant heat.
As you climb the stairs to the upper level you will discover a master bedroom area that you will never want to leave. The room features a peaked ceiling with rustic T & G along with its own deck, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or late night glass of wine. Its adjoining spa bath allows you to enjoy the healthy benefits of a double oversized Jacuzzi tub and large enclosed steam shower. There is a rather private loft on this level which is a nice place to read or use as a fun sleeping area.
The lower level features a large family room with lots of light and plenty of room to relax with a movie or just enjoy family time. Outside there are lots of decks and a rock patio for enjoying the outdoors.
The home is close to I-70 which enables you a quick access to the city of Denver, the town of Evergreen or the ski areas. Loveland skiing is only 30 minutes away.
