Upstairs has large master bedroom with full-sized bed and plenty of storage; guest room with full-sized bed and office space with desk/chair.
Delicious local food shopping and variety of restaurants--fresh local seafood and fish; Italian, Indian, French and American cuisine. Italian deli with baked goods, pizzas and great coffee right around the corner. Stroll downtown for antiques, movie theater, home furnishings, clothing, etc. then back to enjoy coffee or cocktails on the deck, cook a gourmet meal or cozy up to the fireplace in the cold weather. Separate garage/studio and seating area in backyard.
