This newly constructed, spacious, and well decorated home is located on four acres. One mile away from multiple beaches and the Gay Head (Aquinnah) Lighthouse. Larsen's Fish market and Menemsha Harbor are about five miles away by road or one and a half as a crow flies. There are five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms in this 4300 square foot home which can accommodate larger groups for special reunions and vacations. The Great Room has a two-story beach stone fireplace and a walk-way to the rear mahogany deck. The kitchen comes with high-end stainless steel appliances. There are two master bedrooms, one up and one down, both with king-size beds. The upstairs master has a jacuzzi tub and a balcony with water views. There is another second floor bedroom with balcony and water views. The third floor deck is very large with sweeping views of the Elizabeth Islands and the views extend to Southern Mass and RI. At night two lighthouse's shine along the property.

Bob, It was so beautiful!! We loved every minute of the whole week The house was perfect for the kids. They could run around outside without us having to worry about a street/cars etc. We totally did NOT mind that we were far from the busy towns of VH, OB and Edgartown. Much preferred Aquinnah. All the rooms were perfect. My youngest daughter slept in her pack n- play in the closet upstairs and never heard the others running about so that was great. Loved cooking on the gas stove. I had one when I lived in the North End way back when but we do not have one now and I miss it. The beaches were beautiful!!! We all piled into one van and it worked out fine. So close to the house it was not a big deal. We went up in the lighthouse.....saw a deer in the field and a ton of butterflies. Went to Menempsha, farmers market in Chilmark, Flea market, didn't realize how many farms are out there.......so pretty. Kids loved seeing all the animals. All in all we were all wishing we had more time to spend. By the time everyone gets all settled a couple days have gone by and then you have to leave. The whole ferry deal went very smoothly. We actually got to Woods Hole early on the way over and were able to hop on an earlier boat. Nice surprise. We were going to ask you if you have the first two weeks in August available for next year?? We really want to do two weeks. If not, maybe we can look at another block of time? The landscaping was beautiful. That girl does a great job. Also... the woodwork in the house was so nice. Thanks for giving Reid the number to the house!
