The living room is comfortable with couches and stuffed chairs and 32” television. There are unbelievable views from all 1st floor rooms no matter where you are. The upstairs offers attractive bedrooms—two with bold ocean views. The master suite has a shower and soaking tub. There is an additional full bath with double vanity sinks and full laundry. There is a 4th bedroom on the 1st floor and a ¾ bath with shower and the potential of more bedroom space in the finished basement with ¾ bath with shower—idea for kids or over-flow guests.
