Map & Owner's Profile
Sunpath #11; 5 Stars; Sunpath's Best-Equipped Deluxe Condo
Year Purchased: 2000
Why the Owner Chose Stoney Creek Sunpath
We chose our condo for its location in the village and wanted a second home that we could make very comfortable. Not having to drive to the grocery stores or restaurants is wonderful. Everything is just steps away. It's a wonderful excuse to go for a walk and just happen to stop by the IGA store to pick up a few fresh rolls or desserts. Sunpath complex is small compared to the other Stoney Creek condos on Northlands Blvd. so it is often very quiet there.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love that we can park our car and be able to stroll around the village or over to the Blackcomb area so quickly and easily. If we are not hiking or shopping at Whistler's Function Junction area, we don't need our car again until we head home.
Owner's Map of Stoney Creek Sunpath
As our family expands, we still all love Whistler and some of us stay at our condo as often as possible.

We have been to Whistler many, many times. However, this was the BEST EVER! Your condo is amazing! We so enjoyed the goodies, all of your unit's amenities and personal notes and instructions in the unit. We loved your attention to detail and every effort that you've put into making your condo so cozy. My friends and I are speaking about making your condo part of our future journeys to Whistler. Thanks again for making your condo so comfortable. Washington D.C. guests

We have returned to Whistler many times over the years, but your hospitality has made this year's visit one of the most pleasant and memorable. Thank you for all the attention to detail & for the treats. Our kids enjoyed all the comforts of home and so much more! This is a super spot location-wise. We loved the hot tub! You have a beautiful condo; we're so glad we found it! We skied everyday and it was so awesome to come "home" to such a comfortable condo. Thanks to Arthur for all of his help!

Our stay in Whistler was outstanding. It was our first time experiencing temperature inversion. We were all bundled up in the morning only to have to shed some clothes when we got off the gondola. Thank you for making our first stay in Whistler so nice. The condo was perfect for us with being so close to the mountain base.We were spoiled by the treats. We loved the hot tub. We will be sure to stay at your condo again so don't be surprised when we email this summer for a 2012 reservation.

We thorougly enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo. Everything was perfect and we could not have asked for more. Perfect location, quiet, but steps away from everything. The condo felt like we were staying in a home rather than like a rental. Top of the line furnishings and the best equipped kitchen. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Thank you again for your amazing attention to detail that made this such a wonderful getaway. We believe we have found the perfect Whistler haven for our Whistler fall weekend trips and plan to make this an annual visit. We will be in touch in again to reserve your condo.

This was our fourth September in Whistler for an extended stay coming to ride in the bike park and local trails. The riding was always amazing, however our accomodations had been less than hoped for at the Sunpath condo complex until making our reservation this spring and then staying at Stoney Creek Sunpath #11 condo. It surpassed any expectations we might have had. Beautiful, modern, clean, abundant lighting, luxurious linens, all sorts of neat massage gadgets and extra racks etc. to dry and hang wet sports gear. The kitchen was over the top. Every pot and pan you might ever hope to use and different kinds of coffee makers so that you might like to experiment being a barrista. Every need and want was thoughtfully taken care of. It was amazing. We are already looking forward to our stay next September.

We were in Whistler from July 23 - 27. Our two families stayed at Sunpath Condo. I visited my friend who stayed at this condo for that period everyday (She found this unit first). The minute I walked in, I was very impressed with the color and lighting of this unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can imagine from big to small. Plenty of plates, glasses, cups, utensil, ziploc bags, plastic wrap, napkins the list goes on and on. The owner of this unit make their guests feel welcome. They provided start up snacks and food in the refrigerator. The living room has 3 leather recliners, one of them has speakers build in to it (my son loved it) I love the Bose system in the living room. The bathroom has lots towel racks. It's make you feel like home away from home. Next time I go to Whistler, I will definitely stay at this unit and will recommend anyone I know to stay at this unit too.!
Owner response:Thank you, Nara for your wonderful review. It was such a pleasure to help both families choose Sunpath complex for their Whistler vacation. If we owned two condos there, we would have wanted both sets of families to rent from us. With all of you making your reservations for your stay in Whistler 6 months in advance of your trip along with checking on most details so thoroughly, we wanted to make your stay as special as possible. When you are ready to return again, please contact me so I can hold a reservation for your family. We look forward to you getting to stay in our condo next time. Paula

We chose this property based on recommendation of someone who stayed at another unit at Sunpath. We had a fantastic experience! Paula was so accommodating throughout the entire process and even had snacks for us when we arrived at the condo! The condo is a great location very near the pool. In regards to the village - also a great location. We were very pleased! 3 minute walk to market place (grocery store) and close to village. It is a quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle of the village. It is evident much thought went into the furnishings and decor of the condo and the kitchen couldn't be better equipped! Definitely a home away from home! Very comfortable. Extremely clean. We'll be back! Thank you for sharing your awesome condo!
Owner response:Thank you for chosing our Whistler home for your vacation. We were pleased to try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The weather at Whistler and the Pacific Northwest just hasn't been what normally could have been expected for July and we were disappointed that it wasn't normal summer weather while your family was there. We hope that you will return to see the new addition that has been added to the kitchen custom light fixture and it is now 8 feet curved around the kitchen ceiling with 8 dimmable lights on it. We think guests are going to enjoy dimming this fixture in the evening and seeing the amber lights glow. We hope you return again next summer and will try to make your stay even better. Arthur said what wonderful guests you were in there and that you made his cleaning so much easier for him when he came there to clean it. We look forward to hearing from you again and let us know ahead of time when you want to return. Returning guests get pampered even more on their second and third stays. Paula

Hi Paula, Thank you so much for the most amazing stay ever! We will highly recommend your condo to our friends. We were blown away by the condo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were great with strong water pressure, there living space was spacious and very comfortable - we loved the big recliners! We also loved the new washer/dryer. It was very handy after a little accidental swim in the river! :) (As was the boot dryer!)...I could go on all day. Everything was immaculate. I have never stayed anywhere that provided treats for the guests. We were so surprised and happy by all the delightful snacks and the 100% perfectly stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for cooking was there. We actually preferred to stay home and cook because it was so great. We loved being just a few steps away from the hot tub and the location of the condo is perfect. We loved being right in the village, but still being tucked away a bit so it was peaceful and quiet. We will absolutely be back and will never stay anywhere else in Whistler. It was absolute perfection! If you are reading this review I would say book this condo now! I am very picky about cleanliness and quality and I could not have been happier with Sunpath #11!
Owner response:Thank you so much for your terrific review of your stay at our Whistler condo. You just returned home and we're so glad that you were among the first sets of guests there to try out our new living room furniture. We tested out so many recliners before deciding on those new ones. Arthur, our wonderful cleaner, will be so pleased to read your review and see that you appreciated how clean the condo was for your stay. We're also glad that you enjoyed the treats. You have been great guests and we really do look forward to you returning again for another stay and hope to make it just as special as this one was for all of you. Paula
