**FOUR STAR RATING** High quality, affordable, without the two bedroom hotel rates and taxes. It's one of the best equipped condos at our complex on Northlands Blvd. GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION with a three minute walk to the village. There is a hot tub and warm pool in the center of the complex. Restaurants are nearby with Marketplace Centre and IGA grocery store, a three minute walk. FREE GATED UNDERGROUND PARKING.


FREE WIRELESS internet. Three TVs. 37" LCD TV is in the living room above the gas fireplace. New flat screen TVs mounted on the two bedrooms' walls with two new dimmable wall lights. Two DVDs and a VCR player. Two telephones. The bedrooms have superior quality comfortable queen mattresses.
Extra storage container under guest bedroom bed. The two living room sofas convert to twin beds. A front and back private patio. The retractable screen door on the front patio door opens out to a gas BBQ, with also an electric grill. We have a Bose Wave High Quality Music System with a CD/DVD collection. Extra DVDs and VCR tapes for kids to enjoy. There is a wall-mounted boot heater along with a glove/mitten drying rack.

Great renovated kitchen with deep sink and with many extra small kitchen appliances. WELL-STOCKED CUPBOARDS with many spices and condiments. All types of dishes and glassware,cooking equipment,mixers and blenders with some recipes.
A hair dryer in each bathroom with assorted full-size products are in the bathroom cabinets.

For this new ski season, we have added a dual alarm/clock radio with iPod/iPhone dock for the master bathroom. You can enjoy your music and charge your iPOD. We also have added remote control flameless candles for the dining room area.

Arthur,our professional cleaner, personally cares for our condo.
** FREE CONCIERGE SERVICE for our guests.** After reserving our unit, you will be contacted by Shirley, who can answer most of your questions about Whistler and also, help with rental car information. Shirley also provides year-round emergency help.

The condo is very comfortable for "2-4" guests, with 5 guests being the maximum for our condo.

    • Full Kitchen: All of the large appliances are new. New granite kitchen countertops, new deep sink, new modern pull-down faucet, and now a new microwave. Many types and styles of glassware. Two extra glass shelves are on one kitchen wall for additional storage for your snack items.
    • Cooking Utensils Provided: A wide variety of pots and pans, all types of knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, and a set of chargers are all in this kitchen. Blenders, more than one type are in the kitchen, along with a rice cooker, sandwich maker, omelet maker and slow cooker.
    • Refrigerator: Full size white refrigerator with the ice cube maker.
    • Dishwasher: New white Kenmore dishwasher features the Smart Wash option which lets the dishwasher decide the water level and how long it needs to wash.It is much quieter than the older models.

    • Catering Available: Our concierge service is free for our guests and her company will happily help you with all of your special requests. Groceries can even be delivered to the condo.

  • Suitability
    • No Pets Allowed: Service dogs are allowed.Under certain circumstances, but not on a normal basis, a quiet, well-behaved pet has been accepted. Most condo complex association rules specify that dogs are not to be left alone in condos.If we do accept a pet to stay in our condo, a damage / cleaning deposit might be required and is definitely refundable if the condo is left in good condition.
    • Kid Friendly: Children's silverware, sipping cups and drinking cups are in the top kitchen drawer and cupboard for all of the children to use.
    • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: DEFINITE age requirement. 27+ is the minimum age. Families,friends, and couples that like to rent a home in excellent condition will appreciate our family condo. We take pride in keeping our condo well equipped and keep updating it often. For those of you planning on summer/fall mountain biking in Whistler, there is secure overnight bike storage at the base of Whistler to be able to know that your bike is defintely safe. It is acceptable if you bring a chain and lock to store or chain up your bikes on our front patio. There is also the secure bike storage cage in the underground garage, but an additional lock is always wise.
    • Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking outside the unit or on the patios is acceptable. Extra cleaning fee for smoking inside because of potential guests with allergies.

Papa, there's a TV in every room. She loved your massage pads and so did I. I love how everything in this home is well stocked. All the basic essentials and more..... The labels are something all vacation homes should adopt. Instructions, too. Drink recipes above microwave.... Two thumbs up! The fridge/feezer with food that we can enjoy.       We've stayed at a few places here in Whistler including some of the big multi-level condos in the upper areas. This is the one I would come back to and recommend to friends. Knowing about all the extras will make packing so easy! The "foamie" beds are wonderful! A wonderful time spent here celebrating a birthday. We are from Fraser Valley, B.C.

    • We had a great trip. The Green's condo had everything we needed to make our trip fantastic. The place was clean and cozy, and felt very welcoming. It was very accommodating for our group, and we were able to invite friends over, and have a great dinner. The condo had easy access to the village. WE perfer to take the bus to Blackcomb in the mornings, so it was great that the bus arrived right in front of the condo. We are frequent visitors of Whistler, and are very aware of prices. We were shocked when we saw the size of this condo, and the ammenities it had for the price (very competitive, if not lower than, most places you would find this size). Our trip was fantastic, and we are already looking at all the dates we can rebook for next season. I cannot wait to see all the remodels.

      "The Best Place to Stay in Whistler" My family travels to Whistler every year for a ski vacation and this condominium was by far the best place we have stayed. The location is quiet, yet minutes from the busy village. The pool/hot tub was conveniently located just out the front door. The condo was well equipment with all the amenities a family would want. The owners provide lots of extras, such as condiments, a box of wonderful granola bars, a list of their favorite activities and restaurants and other unexpected treats. The unit is newly updated with lovely linens, art work and very clean. The unit would be perfect for a family or couples. I am also a condominum owner who rents out my unit and this condo would rate at the top of my list for places to stay !!!
