Well-equipped vacation home with a convenient location on Northlands Blvd. Located on one of Whistler's main streets across from a free bus shuttle stop & a 3 minute walk to IGA grocery store at Marketplace Centre. FREE parking. Nice restaurants close by. Park & walk everywhere. Pool. Year-round large hot tub in the center of Sunpath's complex. Free High Speed Wifi. Three years in a row, top Vacation Rental Award with a top rating. Reservations are for 2--4 guests and sleeps 2--4 guests. No pets. Plenty of mountain and touring bikes storage in our Sunpath complex locked bike cages along with a bike washing station.

We have a few days still available for summer reservations. Our low rates on longer stays often are in the same rate range as deluxe one bedroom condos there in the village area.

CONVENIENT LOCATION:
at 4325 Northlands Blvd., which is one of Whistler's main streets. It's a 3 minute walk to the main village square & to Marketplace Centre ( Whistler's largest grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and shops there). Affinity Ski Rental Shop is next door in Cascade Lodge. Be close to the village, but without the noise of the village nightclubs.

FREE PARKING;
No $14-$25 daily parking fee. You might not need your car until it's time to leave Whistler. Walk through the village or ride the free shuttle bus service across the street from Sunpath to the lifts. Our Sunpath parking garage entrance clearance is 6' 8'. Three hours' free parking in our visitors' parking area for you to unload your car before moving it inside the Sunpath gated secure garage area.

AMENITIES:
FREE high speed internet..3 flat screen HDTVs; with 113 channels. 40' HDTV, mounted on a moveable wall hinge above gas fireplace; moves forward, back, & side to side for good viewing. Flat screen TVs on the bedrooms' walls. 3 DVD players & a VCR. Bose Music System & an iPod dock with remote. 2 cordless phones; one with voicemail.

Modern light fixtures for bright & light areas throughout our home. LED floor lamp with 9 dimmable LED lights has a movable arm for individual overhead reading. During cold weather, a LED 24 hour shoe warmer ( for street shoes/street boots) in living room area. Wall-mounted ski boot dryer with boot tray.

Two bedrooms; each bedroom has a queen bed. A high quality queen Tempur-Pedic mattress is in the master bedroom. New mattress is on the queen bed in the second bedroom. High quality linens. On/off switches on designer lamps' cords in master bedroom. Lights can be controlled without getting out of bed. If needed for a 3rd or 4th person staying in the condo, the living room twin sofa can be used as a 3rd bed.
Extra storage: large storage box along with a portable baby playpen under a queen bed, large storage racks in the insuite closet hall area. 2 private patios. Retractable screen door opens out to a propane BBQ and a separate electric grill.

Two comfortable red recliners and a black leather swivel-rocker recliner. Full-length Brookstone cloth massage pad unit is stored by the fireplace wall, along with a foot massage unit & a hand held back massager.

CHEF'S KITCHEN:
Granite counters with deep sink; pull-down faucet. Custom designed curved suspended railing with 8 amber-shaded lights with dimmer switch. Also, a light bar above the sink area with dimmer switch provide special lighting for the kitchen area. New electric range/convection oven as of December 2013. Modern dishes, glassware, ice cream dishes, placemats, sandwich, omelet & waffle maker, egg poacher pan, rice cooker, blenders & slow cooker. Two kinds of tea kettles with directions provided for a glass whistling tea kettle & for a Bonavita Electric Teapot with boxes of tea. Starbuck's Verismo coffee machine with a separate frother. Plastic cups for kids & hot tub glasses. Chilled mugs in the freezer.
Our tall dining room table seats 4 very comfortably.

Hair dryers, large towel racks in both bathrooms. A small alarm/clock radio with iPod dock in the insuite bathroom. New top-of-the-line steam washer/dryer set, with HE soap.
All of our baseboard heaters have been replaced with new modern convection wall heaters. New heated tile in entryway and ski closet with wall control to see the current floor temperature.

Arthur, our professional cleaner, cares for our home. Complimentary mid-stay cleans included on longer stays.

Our free private concierge service can help with car rental info, reduced ski ticket prices with tickets delivered to the condo waiting for your arrival, & specific Whistler details and evening and early mornings calls.
Our on-call Whistler repairman can be called for any necessary repairs or questions. Emergency help is provided for our guests.

Our Sunpath vacation home is perfect for 2- 4 guests for total comfort with 2 queen beds & 1 comfortable twin sofa bed. Reservations are for up to only 4 guests.
We take fewer guests in our home with lower rates for a high quality- well located 2 bedroom vacation home.

We ask our guests to store their mountain bikes in the Sunpath complex's locked bike cages in our Sunpath gated garage, & not store their bikes inside our home. There's a bike washing station provided at the entrance to the gated area. There's also bike storage at G1 Valet Company, next to the lifts.*

                      About the owner: As our family grows, we love being in Whistler and some of us stay at our Whistler vacation home every month of the year.

                      Why the Owner Chose Stoney Creek Sunpath:
                      We chose our condo for its location in the village and wanted a second home that we could make as comfortable as our full-time home. Not having to drive to grocery stores or restaurants is wonderful and convenient. Everything is just steps away. It's a great reason to go for a walk and stop off at the big IGA store there to pick from their large selection of fresh desserts, fresh rolls, or their nice selection of fresh produce. Their deli even has complete meals. There are so many good restaurants to choose from there. Stopping by some of the restaurants that have outdoor patio areas to have a bite to eat is a great time for relaxing and people watching. The village is always alive with tourists and visitors walking their dogs. Our Sunpath complex is small compared to the other Stoney Creek condos on Northlands Blvd. so it is often very quiet there as compared to the village hotels.

                      The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
                      We enjoy our location, parking our car and being able to stroll around the village or walk over to the Blackcomb area so quickly and easily. If we are not hiking, skiing, or shopping in the village or at Whistler's Function Junction area, we won't need our car again until we leave. We know how important it is for guests to walk into a home and see that it is as nice as it has been described on our listing. Staying at a wonderful rental can set the tone for a great vacation! We have furnished our home with many little extra touches so that it's very comfortable for long or short vacations. Come for a stay and see for yourself how cozy and comfortable it is. We provide many extras and our guests notice the great lengths we go to so that our guests feel pampered staying there.
