On Northlands Blvd. Main village location at this small townhouse complex, which is steps away from the heart of the Whistler village. Three guests or 2 adults and a child will be comfortable for short and long stays.
For any questions, please send an inquiry & ask before reserving. A quick response will be sent to you. On long stays , extra cleaning is included, required and scheduled by our dependable professional cleaner.
This townhouse is all on one level with no stairs to climb. Includes the free-gated parking garage, but you might not need your car once you arrive. For Whistler's cold weather, our condo has a heated entryway floor & heated ski closet. There are screens on the windows and front patio door for guests that like to have fresh air. Year- round hot tub & pool in center of the courtyard. The pool and hot tub are fenced with a locked gate. Our fob unlocks the gate.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi, great for guests who want to work online and still enjoy Whistler's atmosphere.
Three TVs. Smart Samsung TV and Blu Ray player are above the gas fireplace. Bluetooth speaker lamp with wireless charging pad in master bedroom. Extra wall lights in both bedrooms. Large washer and dryer set. Retractable screen door opens to front patio with a BBQ grill. Modern kitchen appliances.
Shirley's local concierge service is complimentary. Bike storage cages available in our garage parking area and accessed with our guests' condo fob. Mountain- dirt bikes cannot be stored inside our home without asking about doing this. You can ask about storing 1 or 2 expensive clean road bikes in our entry way, but not in the bedrooms. If you are selective about which condo you rent, consider our vacation home as one of your choices. It's perfect for 2 or 3 adults that might want to be close to restaurants and grocery stores . We provide dependable guest service.

1.5 Month Stay - Exceptional Rental!
Spent 6+ weeks working and living from this rental in January and February with a friend. Couldn't recommend it more - proximity to village, communal hot tub, general quiteness of property, amenities of condo, and Paula is extremely responsive. Couldn't have more good things to say!

The Best Stay!
Paula's condo was fantastic. The location is perfect for getting to the lifts (10 min. walk through town) and also easy access to restaurants, grocery store etc. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything a guest could ever need. Paula went above and beyond to make my stay perfect (she is the best VRBO host I have ever had - responsive, clear instructions for accessing the condo, takes great care of her home etc.) I can't recommend staying here enough! Also, the complex where the condo is located is great - it was quiet, clean and had a very nice hot tub. I can't wait to go back!

Paula’s Place
Paula, and her concierge as well, were a wonderful team: efficient, helpful, easy to communicate with. Her condo is cosy, well appointed, and perfectly suited for two couples or a family of five, provided two kids were willing to share a bed, and the third accept the pull out sofa in the common room. Located in the village a block from the main concourse and directly across from the free shuttle makes a car free getting about a breeze. A superb choice for a holiday at Whistler.

Location was perfect
We have been to Whistler for the past 6 years and this was the first year we stayed at a vacation rental. We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities of this unit. Paula, the owner was wonderful throughout the entire process and had a special gift package waiting for us at checkin. I would highly recommend this rental as it checked all the boxes off for us for location, price, amenities, and ease of checkin. Thank you Paula For making our experience a complete joy.

Why they chose this property

Convenient and quiet local with free parking. Not having to drive to grocery stores or restaurants is great. Whistler has many pay parking areas. Fall/spring are Whistler's quieter times so enjoy those lower rate times.
Our complex has fewer townhouses compared to the other Stoney Creek complexes on Northlands Blvd. so it is often very quiet there as compared to the village hotels. There are no nightclubs next to or by our condo.

What makes this property unique

If you are not driving to Whistler, come by shuttle bus and walk to most areas there in Whistler. It's important for guests to step into a vacation home and notice that it is well equipped. Staying in a unique and wonderful rental can set the tone for a great vacation! You will find that our home has many extra touches so that it's very comfortable for long or short vacations. Stay and see for yourself how cozy and comfortable it is.
