Property description

Our Stoney Creek Sunpath renovated vacation home has an ideal main village location. It's across the street from the village. Updated amenities. FREE secure garage parking. Year round heated hot tub. Warm pool. Free high speed wireless Wifi. Three years in a row, our condo has been awarded a certificate of excellent. Reservations are for 2-4 guests. No pets.

Mountain and touring bikes locked cages are provided in our Sunpath garage area along with a bike washing station.
Family managed with dependable guest service. Many of our guests return again.

The last part of August up until next summer 2016, including next ski season has days available for rentals.
Available for Ironman event next year on July 24, 2016.

IDEAL CONVENIENT LOCATION:
It's a 3 minute walk to inside the main village square & to Marketplace Centre, Whistler's largest grocery store, liquor store & restaurants. A ski rental shop is across the street. No village nightclubs by our complex.

FREE GATED PARKING;
NO $12-$25 daily parking fee. You might not need your car until it's time to leave Whistler. Walk through the village or ride the free bus service across the street that takes you down the street and around the corner to the lifts; a short ride.
Our parking garage entrance clearance is 6' 8'. There are several stalls with 3 hour parking limit and 4 stalls in our visitors' 30 minute temporary parking area for you to unload your car before you move it inside the secure parking area. We have an assigned parking space for one car and there are extra parking spaces.

AMENITIES:
FREE high speed internet. 3 flat screen HDTVs; with 113 channels. 40' HDTV, mounted on a wall hinge above gas fireplace. Flat screen TVs on the bedrooms' walls. DVD players. Bose radio & an iPod dock with remote. Separate CD player. Alarm clock with choices of sounds to wake you, along with other clocks. 2 phones; one with voicemail option.

Modern light fixtures for bright areas throughout our home. LED floor lamp with dimmable lights. During cold/wet weather, there's a LED shoe warmer, for street shoes, in living room area. Wall-mounted ski boot dryer.

CHEF'S KITCHEN: Very well-stocked.
Granite counters with deep sink; pull-down faucet. Custom designed curved suspended railing with 8 amber-shaded lights. Newer electric range/convection oven. A variety of dishes and sturdy placemats. There is a Bonavita Electric Teapot with tea and a new Starbuck's Verisimo coffee machine.

Our tall dining room table seats 4 comfortably.

Our professional cleaner cares for our home. Complimentary mid-stay cleans included on longer stays.

Our complimentary private concierge service can help with car rentals, ski tickets delivered to the condo waiting for your arrival, groceries delivered & specific Whistler information.
Our on-call Whistler repairman can be called for any immediate condo repairs or help with the TVs.

Our Sunpath vacation home is perfect for 2- 4 guests for total comfort .
Sofa bed available upon request and a small extra laundry fee is required for the sofa bed option.
Reservations are for up to 4 guests, which include babies.
We take fewer guests to ensure complete comfort with competitive rates for a high quality 2 bedroom condo.

***May - -- October 12, 2015 . with the Mountain Bike Park open, .. we ask our guests to store their mountain bikes in the Sunpath complex's locked bike cages in our Sunpath gated garage. There's a bike washing station at the entrance to Sunpath's gated area. There's bike storage also at G1 Valet Company, by the lifts. If you have a very expensive bike that needs to be stored inside our entryway, please discuss that option with us.

About the owner: We drove to Whistler when it was mainly popular during ski season and had fewer condo complexes. We decided that we would love coming more often and then searched for a condo to buy very close to the village.

Why the Owner Chose Stoney Creek Sunpath:
We chose our condo for its location in the village and wanted a second home that we could make as comfortable as our full-time home. Not having to drive to grocery stores or restaurants is wonderful and convenient. Everything is just steps away. It's a great to be able to go for a walk and stop off at the big IGA store there to pick from their large selection of foods.There are many good restaurants, small and large, that are close to our condo complex. Stopping by some of the restaurants that have outdoor patio areas to have a bite to eat is a great way to relax and even enjoy the people watching there. The village is always alive with tourists and visitors walking their dogs. Our Sunpath complex is small compared to the other Stoney Creek condos on Northlands Blvd. so it is often very quiet there as compared to the village hotels. And there are no nightclubs next to or by our condo.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We enjoy our location, parking our car and being able to stroll around the village or walk over to the Blackcomb area so easily. We often park our car and don't need it again until we are ready to leave. We know how important it is for guests to walk into a home and see that it is as nice as it has been described on our listing. Staying at a unique and wonderful rental can set the tone for a great vacation! We have furnished it with many little extra touches so that it's very comfortable for long or short vacations. Come for a stay and see for yourself how cozy and comfortable it is. We provide many extras and our guests notice the great lengths we go to so that our guests feel pampered staying there.
