This luxurious apartment is situated in the heart of Rome in an old historical palace from XVI century (palazzo Sinibaldi) between the Pantheon and Navona Square. It was entirely renovated in Dec. of 2008 and is furnished in a very refined style. The heating system is in the floors which are old-style terracotta. The ceilings are spectacular with an average height of 5.80 m(decorated wooden beams).
An elegant entrance and marble staircase lead to the apartment on the first floor (piano nobile). It is composed of a foyer, a king sized bedroom with a canopy bed, a second bedroom with queen sized bed and a big sofabed(queen size) in the living room that allowed to create a suite; a modern kitchen with loft and sofa-bed, an elegant large dining/sitting room with television,washer and dryer machine and microwave and two marble bathrooms with showers. Each room has internet access.
The apartment also has a system of heating and cooling in the floor, with the electronic control of moisture content.
From Fiumicino Airport you can take a taxi for 45/50€ and reach your abode within 45/60 minutes.
If you prefer to take a train you have two possibilities:
- Direction Termini Central Station, then take Bus 64 to Piazza Argentina. A two minute walk from there to Via Monterone.
- Direction Trastevere Station (more quick), then take Tram 8 to the end of the line at Piazza Argentina.
From Ciampino Airport take bus to Termini Station or taxi for 35/40€ and you'll reach home in 45/60 minutes

A deposit in the customer currency equal to 300 € is necessary. This amount will be refunded upon check out, provided everything is in order.
