The apartment is located at the crossing of “rue de Reuilly” and the “faubourg saint Antoine”, the street of the “wood workers”, cabinet makers, craftsmen furniture … Now there are a lot of “artists”, galleries, architects … You are at 10 minutes walk to the “BASTILLE” , the big jail at the French revolution , now it is a colorful place, with restaurants and shops. This apartment is very quiet because it is in a private paved courtyard, and very sunny (4 windows). The apartment is perfect for a family (2 adults and 2 kids). The area is very safe, night and day .

To eat : All the things are at “your feet” at 1 minute walk : fresh bread, croissant, meat, fried chicken, fruits vegetables, and at 8 minutes walk there is the ALIGRE market; it is a covered and open air market , one of the best in Paris; you find all which you need fresh fish, oysters, bakeries, fresh fruits, all the French cheeses .. to find the Marché d’ALIGRE. French bistrot : there is a bistrot named “the Bistrot Paul Bert” French food typical , good wine, BISTROT PAUL BERT

Restaurants : at the crossroads Faubourg saint antoine – Faidherbe , you have a lot of restaurants.

Laundry : there is a laundry at the 3 rue de Reuilly , 1 second walk from the apartment .

Groceries stores – food stores : there are a lot of food stores , around the apartment , on the “faubourg saint Antoine” …

  • Hello Sylvie, Thank you so much for the rental of your apartment in Paris. I tried to leave it as best as I could. We were unable to figure out how the dishwasher worked so we emptied the dishes which were in there from the previous renters and just washed them by hand. I hope you found it satisfactory. I will certainly refer anyone I know wishing to rent a nice apartment in Paris your name and I would like to rent again in the future. Thank you and best regards
