This Luxurious condo was completely updated in 2009 and features a great view of the Marina Sol pool and courtyard area. Its 5th floor location with elevator is perfect for easy access.
The Master Bedroom features a king size bed and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and bathroom next door, there are also large closets in bethrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern with all the amenities of home. The large living room is great for entertainment with a 42 inch Flat screen TV / DVD player. Pocket doors lead from the living room to the large terrace which brings the outdoor living inside. This Condo has been tastefully decorated and is very, very well maintained and very modern. The living room and bedrooms have mini split air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
Free wireless internet is available in all rooms and on the terrace.
The large terrace has seating for four guests and Propane BBQ.
Maid Service is available during your stay. The cost is $30 usd when this cleaning is required.(Maid service can be arranged in advance or during your stay in Cabo).

Two bedroom condo. I also own and operate the Vacation Rentals and Property Management company located in the Lobby of The Marina Sol, as well as Nahui Day Spa, The Deli-Market, The Oasis Bar & Restaurant all my companies are located at The Marina Sol to provide convenience to all our guests.
This on site office is always staffed with a friendly face available to look after any needs you may have while on your vacation. I have been a year round resident of Cabo since 1995.
