This Luxurious condo was completely updated in 2008 and features a great view of the Marina Sol pool and courtyard area. Its ground floor location is perfect for easy access in and out of the condo, and a real plus if you have small children because you can easily watch them play while you relax on your private terrace.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, Hotel Safe, TV with DVD player and a stereo system that is i pod friendly. The den area features bunk beds, a large closet and is a private area for the kids or a second adult sharing the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern with all the amenities of home. The large living room is great for entertainment with its two sofas and a 42 inch Flat screen TV / DVD player and a stereo system that is i pod friendly. Pocket doors lead from the living room to the large terrace which brings the outdoor living inside. This Condo has been tastefully decorated and is very, very well maintained and very modern. The living room and master bedroom have mini split air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
Free wireless internet is available in all rooms and on the terrace.
The large terrace has seating for four guests and Propane BBQ.
Maid Service is available during your stay. The cost is $25. when this cleaning is required. (Maid service can be arranged in advance or during your stay in Cabo).
