This walk in unit has no steps with two patios facing a lovely courtyard and pool. Walk through the pool and you are on a short walk way with deck to the beach. Yamaha CD/DVD/VCR Surround System in Family Room. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with two twin beds. There are two twin mattresses for a child to sleep on the floor. The couch in the family room is not a pull out. It can be used to sleep on. Both bedrooms have TV with DVD and ceiling fans. Hair dryers in both bathrooms are provided. WiFi provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, zip sled, blow up raft with paddles, and boogey board are provided. Very child friendly!
There are paved sidewalks to Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants (a short walk) or to the Sea Pines south gate. A ten speed bike is provided for your use. One private parking slot plus a quest parking slot.

My family and I have vacationed at Hilton Head every year since 1974. It was my goal/dream to own a piece of the island on the beach.

I've stayed at this villa twice with my family. We found it very comfortable and convienent. The photos of this villa are accurate. It is very clean and easy villa to stay in. I've slept in the guest rooms and the masterbedroom. They are very comfy. With two bathrooms it was convient for guests to prepare for the day or evening activities. The location is PERFECT! Whether you walk the the beach or take the sidewalk to the Coligny Plaza area. Speaking if the beach from the villa it is a nice stroll past the pool to the boardwalk to the beach. The beach is probably 200 yds from the villa patio. Two blocks away is a great aray of shops and restaurants. My favorite place at coligny is the Big Bamboo. It has the decor of a WWII South Pacific Army Outpost. We have eaten at several restaurants in "Coligny" and found them all to be reaonably priced and fun to visit. Bike rentals are available right across the street from the villa. Our family enjoys the Island wide bike paths AND at low tide the beach is a must ride bike path. We have had a school of dolphins swim alongside us about 20 yards away. It was awesome. The owner is extremely eager to make your stay a great experience. He has personally called me to make sure everything is in order. You can tell he has pride in his villa and Hilton Head Island. I would not hesitate to rent this villa again and again.

We take our family on a beach vacation every year. And we usually use the VRBO website to find a vacation spot on the beach but have never written a review...until this now. I think our 10 y.o. put it best..."the condo was just right...comfy and cozy!!" There are no "airs" about this place. We felt as if we were in our own home. It was nice but not stuffy. We weren't worried about the kids messing anything up. The children enjoyed having their own space (& TV!). What a load off not to have to worry about bringing beach towels, chairs and/or beach toys, coolers, boogie boards...etc. Also, the fully equipped kitchen and full-sized W/D were fantastic. And the fact that the condo is a first floor flat, made loading and unloading a breeze. Not to mention, being able to walk out the patio door, past the pool onto the beach boardwalk...was fantastic. The children enjoyed jumping in the pool every afternoon after coming from the beach while we unloaded and washed everything off. This was exactly what we needed! I can't say enough about it. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We plan on being back next year...if not sooner!!! HHI and Ocean Club is definitely the place for us and our family!!!

Close to everything in HH. Unit is tastefully furnished. Beds sleep very comfortably. Love the space of this unit, the size of the kitchen and having a washer/dryer is a dream. You walk out of the sliding doors and your right at the pool. Just past the pool is the boardwalk that leads to the beach. This condo is extremely well cared for and it shows. No bugs, smells, holes, etc. Very quiet and tranquil.
