Come soak up the sun and enjoy the white sand of the Gulf Coast! We have a two bedroom, two bath condo waiting for you. Panama City Beach features great shopping at Pier Park, incredible deep sea fishing, and fun for the entire family. Enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sun come up, soak up the sun by the pool, or show off your skills body surfing in the ocean.
The Regency Towers was built in 1975 but has under gone a major face lift in 2008. The place is like brand new again! The Regency Towers features TWO large pools (one of which is heated during the off season), a kiddy pool, two hot tubs, and plenty of room and chairs for sunbathing ocean side or by the pool.
The Regency is a family oriented environment. Let the kids enjoy the large game room, or hang out by the pool for some karaoke as the sun goes down. Two tennis courts are also available. The Regency is a gated community with 24 hour security guards. It also has three elevators!!!
We have a totally unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean and the shoreline. It is not uncommon to see dolphins playing right in front of the condo. There is a king size bed in the master, two full size beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
We keep our condo clean and comfortable, so that you can enjoy your vacation.

The photos of this property were accurate. The condo was well taken care of, and the management company was easy to work with. My family came down from Ohio. The weather was great! The view was perfect! I will be booking again next year.
