Our 5 or 6 stay this past Thanksgiving. This is almost like home for us. Our family has rented over a dozen homes in the Highlands over the past twenty years and this is our favorite. Pictures do not do it justice.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here in October 2011. The house was beautiful, lots of room, and the owners were very attentive to our needs. You won't find a better deal in the area. Close to everything....Highlands, Cashiers, hiking, shopping, dining, and located in a nice quiet subdivision. We had nine adults and two children and never felt crowded. This was our first time to stay here or rent from these owners, but we highly recommend this place and will be staying here again in the near future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house slept 10 people very comfortably. The Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Having a downstairs with another tv and two bedrooms made it possible for people to have some quiettime if upstairs was a little loud. The pooltable was nice have as well. The only downside for me was the Master Bedroom didnt heat well, I tend to sleep in cold temps anyway so it didnt bother me. Grille, big flat screens, comfy beds, pool table, great fire place, what more could you ask for.

Enjoyed our stay over the holidays and enjoyed the beautiful snow! Very roomy and lots of extras such as several tv's, surround sound, pool table, etc...! Clean and nicely decorated! Impressed by the well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals, too. Owners are great with communication and add that "extra" touch! Convenient to downtown Highlands and we enjoyed dining and shopping there during our stay. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Wow! Four couples shared this house and it was awesome. Didn't feel crowded at all with all the living space. Kitchen well equiped, comfortable bedrooms...just a fun house. We had a great time together!
