This fully furnished beautiful home is located in LeSueur Estates, in Mesa, Arizona. It is a single story ranch style home and has been newly updated with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile, and lush new carpeting. Conveniently situated off the US 60 and the 202 freeways, only a few minutes away from shops, restaurants and a brand new IMAX Theatre. There are 2 parks within the community only a few minutes walking distance away.
East Mesa is quiet but close enough to Phoenix and its’ attractions. The home is close to the Superstition Mountains and there is much to do including Golf, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Horseback Riding, Flea Markets, Amusement Parks, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theatre, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, etc.. It is close to Goldfield Ghost Town and Tortilla Flats, along the Salt River. The Renaissance Festival is about a 15 minute drive (Feb-March every year). If shopping is your thing - Superstition Mall, Fiesta Mall, Chandler Mall, and Arizona Mills Mall are all minutes away. There are several lakes in the area just 20- 45 minutes away to enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, or camping.
The resort style private backyard features a Heated Pool with waterfall and Heated Jacuzzi. The covered patio and backyard area are shaded so you can enjoy the outdoors in the summer or winter. There is also a built-in-bar and gas BBQ grill area that has enough seating for 6-8 people to accommodate outside entertaining.
This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with vaulted ceilings throughout. The main living areas are the Family Room with a 46 inch HDTV flat screen with surround sound, a well equipped Kitchen with island and breakfast bar seating, Dining area with bright bay window, cozy Living Room with ample seating for relaxing or playing games. The master bedroom suite has an attached bath with a large separate shower and garden tub, two sinks with vanity seating, along with a large walk in closet. The second full bath has tub/shower and one sink. The three other bedrooms have queen and full size beds, and closets for storage. This house comfortably sleeps 8 people and if there are smaller children a crib, pack & play, highchair, and stroller will be provided at no extra cost.
This home is a non-smoking home so if you do smoke, please do so on the patio and please use the ash trays provided. We do allow small pets with permission and pet deposit/cleaning fee. (please see rates).

I bought this house because of the location in Mesa and wonderful neighborhoods it is surrounded by. There are many restaurants and cafes to sit and have a cup of coffee, or some nice sports bars to hang out with friends and family and take in a game.
