The rear deck picnic tables look out on a Victorian garden. Quiet yet convenient location within walking to shops, restaurants, museums, Barnegat Lighthouse activities, boat liveries, mile long fishing jetty and the large commercial fishing fleet docks. Step out the front door onto the dune for a 10 minute walk or brief tram ride through the dunes to the beautiful guarded white sand ocean beaches. A brief car ride finds miniature golf, kid’s amusement centers, gourmet restaurants and the famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop!
There are five bedrooms, three on the third floor, one features twin beds, another a double and the front room, which boasts a new 4x4 skylight window offering wide views of the ocean and inlet, has a trundle bed. The second floor has a master bedroom and its own lavatory, a guest room with twin beds and doorway to extensive deck and the just renovated main bathroom is centrally located on the second floor convenient to the stairways. The first floor has a wrap around deck, a convenient kitchen with all amenities opening to a dining room which will accommodate 10, a family room with a convertible couch and a large front parlor featuring huge pocket windows. Two of the full baths are on the first floor
