Casa Bones Del Mar is our beautiful, Non-Smoking, upscale house with an enclosed heated pool and lanai on Estero Island - Fort Myers Beach, directly across the street from the beach. Our house is perfect for couples or families. Our house is located mid-island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat rentals are available). And there is a community pool with water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.
Our house offers four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The upper floor has a large master suite with a new king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, and spectacular sunsets. There is also a large sitting area with a TV and DVD player on this floor. The master bathroom has a large shower and a sunken bathtub. Our house has new furniture throughout. A new screen-enclosed swimming pool with a large pool deck has recently been built.
The kitchen is very modern with new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, as well as all the gadgets you'll need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.
The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 32-inch TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater amplifier. The entertainment unit includes games such as checkers, Backgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. And there is a nice selection of books.
There is a large balcony with dining tables, off the dining and family room areas. The Manatee bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a picture of a manatee on the wall. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The cabana room has a sleeper sofa. There are ceiling fans and TV's in all the bedrooms.
Additional amenities include free local phone calls, central air-conditioning and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, along with bed and bath linens. Long distance calls require your calling card. Beach chairs and bicycles are available for you to use.
A new Publix Supermarket, a drugstore, movie theater, and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. Please review our collection of local restaurant menus and brochures describing Fort Myers Beach and nearby tourist activities.
Driving times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and Tampa (two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (approximately three hours).

This is really a beautiful house, very comfortable, very relaxing and we enjoyed every moment of our stay here - especially the pool was a great hit!! Our family from Britain came to visit and togather we have had a very happy time here. We swam, snorkeled, sunbathed and collected sea shells. We enjoyed your CD's, movies, books and hours of fun playing Monopoly and Boggle. We leave now with many happy mwmories. Thank you again.

We arrived nine strong from the frigid territory of the north - 6 Bostonians and 3 Carolinians. Cold, we needed warmth. Homebound, we needed sun. We had our fill of single digit temps, snow, ice, cabin fever and work. We found 10 days of sun, sand, seashells and warm breezes, palm trees too. Being poolside revived us. Frosty tropical drinks refreshed. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your house.
