This newly remodeled, designer furnished, single family home in Arrowhead is a 5 minute walk to the base of Arrowhead ski mountain, Arrow-Bahn lift and Vista Restaurant located in the Country Club of the Rockies. Arrowhead is part of the Village-to-Village ski areas with Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. This gated community is just minutes from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Villages and features a complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle service.

The main level consists of a bright, spacious and open floor plan connecting the great room to a dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with granite counter tops, hardwood floors, an additional dining area, and built-in desk. The great room has a gas fireplace and a 40-inch flat panel TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The large master bedroom suite is also on the main floor which includes a jetted tub and separate shower and a large walk-in closet. One of 2 laundry rooms with a stackable washer/dryer is located on the main level and opens to the 2 car garage. The lower level consists of a family room with a gas fireplace, 40-inch flat panel TV, a Foosball table, a bar area with an mini- fridge, a large laundry/storage area and a spacious office.
