This quaint
1 bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building, so steps are required. This is a front corner unit offering sunshine, and warm balmy cross-breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. Naples, FL is a worldwide destination known for its rich culture and history. You will find the finest dining, retail shops, galleries, and the most beautiful white sandy beaches in all of Florida.
This condo is 1 block from the heart of Olde Naples "5th Avenue", analagous to "Worth Avenue" in Palm Beach. You won't need a car here. This cozy condo is a pleasant place to be, close to downtown. You can walk to everything on 5th Ave. S. There are 7 good restaurants within a block.... a dozen more if you walk 2-3 blocks east on 5th Ave South Everyone loves to promenade up and down 5th Ave South discovering wonderful places!!! One of my favorites is the charming English Tea room for lunch or high tea, tucked away in an alley full of flowers 1 block west on 5th Ave South Try the veal agnoloti with delicious wild mushroom cream sauce, signature dish at Bice Restaurant on the corner of 3rd and 5th. The fish at Bellini Restaurant (go through their alleyway to get to our parking lot) is always fresh. Beautiful Restaurant Le Cat, one of Naples most popular places, can be viewed from the condo. At the corner of 5th St South is an ice cream place, a wine/ tapas place, great eats at reasonable prices at La Luna, Bella Maria, A’Angelis, Cheeburgers and Paddy Murphy are around the corner. The popular breakfast coffee shop with panini lunches (at the corner of 6th St S) is a must to soak up local ambiance. Clothing, jewelry, gift shops, and art galleries galore will entice you. At Cambia Park with its beautiful, tall trees (behind the Von Liebig Art Museum on Park St off 5th Ave S., 3 blocks east) you can enjoy Church in the Park at 10 AM Sunday mornings under the trees and a delightful free band concert there at 2PM on Sundays (bring the lawn chairs that are in the laundry room for the concert). The Sugden Theatre is just 2 blocks east on 5th Ave S.
The condo is cheerfully decorated. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, full size appliances, Dansk Tuscan Flowers dishware, stainless steel pots, and fun serving platters. Just in case you feel like cooking in...
The living room has whimsical artwork bought locally, making your stay even more enchanting. The living room is comfortable, beautiful and functional, and the sofa pulls out to a sofa bed for 2 guests.
The master bedroom is a romantic getaway with linens reminescent of a high-end bed and breakfast. The woven floral bedspread and pillow shams on the queen size bed are lovely. “There is the feeling of staying in a French or Italian villa about it,” commented one guest. There is a full-size washer/dryer within the condo for easy use.
As soon as you open the gate to the courtyard, the spillover waterfall and fountain adds a tranquil feel. The courtyard is charming in its symmetry. It’s wonderful to relax by the pool after a stroll down 5th Ave South. or a walk along the Naples Beach, 3 blocks west. “You have a private place to be, one block from downtown. How peaceful that little courtyard is,” remarked one guest who loved his two weeks there. The other vacationers are friendly, many returning every year. The courtyard is a special place for our guests to sit and read a book, soak in the hot tub, or go for a refreshing dip in the pool.
Naples, Fl can get very congested during the season, and it will be a delight for you to stay so close to 5th Avenue without the $650-$750/night guest room rate that many hotels apply during peak season in Naples. First to pay confirms the week! Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is after 4 PM and departure time is 10
AM.
Payment and Security Deposit to be paid by cashier's or bank drafted checks. Weekly rate + 10% taxes required by local and state authorities, and a $150.00 cleaning fee apply to all rentals. Please add this cost onto your base rental week rate. A 2nd cashier's check for the $350 security deposit will be mailed back to you after departure and inspection.
We can flex the time periods upon request, allowing you to save money on airfare if you arrive on Thursday, Friday, or Sunday. Please inquire about dates available.
We will also consider short term rental periods such as 6 months or so.
