This stunning 3 bedroom 2 bath lakefront home with hottub, called 'Lakefront Leisure', offers wonderful views of Lake Tahoe and your own private access to the lake with beach, pier, and boat buoys. Located in Cedar Flat, this comfortable home with pine wood accents provides easy access to Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, Northstar, Nordic Center, and nearby Casinos. Come enjoy the lakefront living but without paying elevated lakefront prices! Soak up the sun on the front deck overlooking the lake. Cozy up to the woodstove fireplace and enjoy entertaining with friends in the great room area.
The Master bedroom with queen bed has lake views and its own private access to the deck and hottub. The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has a queen with twin bunk. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.
Kitchen offers all amenities to make cooking easy and with a lake view too! Dining room table overlooks the lake, as well. Washer and dryer, internet service, all linens and towels included. Rented weekly during the summer. Some weeks might be available for summer 2010. Hotub should be available for winter rentals.
