Why the Owner Chose South Seas West
Our family has been vacationing in Marco Island for 20+ years. The beaches are great, the island is quiet, the pace on the island is slow and relaxed, and the shopping and dining on the island are outstanding.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This is the only gated condominium complex on the island. The complex is 55 acres and the landscaping on the grounds make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. Since the complex is gated, it is very private, the beaches are NEVER crowded because its a long walk away from the public beach and the resident beach so you always have more space on the beach then you would ever need. The pool and pool area is fantastic and HUGE so again, never any crowds. The complex has the gulf beaches on the west and a bay with boat docks on the east so this condo and the complex is accessible by boat as well. All around, the condo is a private end unit (wing unit) with wrap around balcony so the balcony is private and there is also a second balcony that faces inland as well as the main balcony facing the beach.
