Welcome to our dream vacation home, be our guests when we aren't using it.! We are a Chicago couple who have been enjoying Phoenix for 30 years, and made the move last year to buy our "winter home" in the most desirable area of Scottsdale.
This gorgeous, luxurious 1800 square foot condo built in 2008, is professionally decorated decorated with upscale new amenities from beds to TV's. Beautifully designed and located across the street from the famous Grayhawk Country Club. We are just minutes away from lots of fine dining (Mastro’s Steakhouse, Eddie V's, Ocean Club, Armitage, Flemings), shopping (DC Ranch Marketplace, Kierland Commons, Fashion Square, and Desert Ridge) and world-class golf courses (including Grayhawk, TPC, Troon North, Kierland, Talking Stick, Eagle Mountain, Wildfire and We-Ko-Pa).
Within our condo you will find all that you need to have a comfortable and luxurious vacation. It has 2 spacious bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, furnished balcony, walk in shower, luxurious bathtub and double sink en suite. Enjoy eating at the bar, or in the formal dining room with seating for six. The state of art kitchen allows you to prepare gorgeous meals while your guests enjoy a drinks on the balcony, you are always part of the action! This condo caters to the golfers, shoppers or those that want to enjoy the finer parts of Scottsdale. The condo is also equipped with a 50" TV in the living room, a 26" TV in the master both include high definition cable TV.
On site you will find a large, heated pool, hot tub, state of the art exercise room and full club house including pool table, barbecue area, and entertaining rec room to further add to your list of amenities.
From our awesome condo you can walk to DC Marketplace, or reach any part of Scottsdale in 20 minutes or less such as Fashion Square Mall (10 minutes), Tempe Market (15 minutes) or the airport (15 minutes), just hop on the 101 loop to quickly get any where in the valley.

Park Ridge (Chicago) family with family in Scottsdale. We we are not renting our Condo, we stay here while visiting Brother and Parents and In-Laws. Nice enough for us to retire to.
