Playa Royale is a fabulous 5-Star development offering all of the resort amenities including the Sports & Racquet Club, El Tigre Golf Course, Spa Paraiso, the Beach Club, and close proximity to Paradise Village 5 star Resort, Paradise Zoo, Paradise Plaza Shopping Mall, and Paradise Marina. The Riviera Grille is across the street from Playa Royale - excellent dining in a relaxed garden setting.
Our air-conditioned, smoke free, Condo is professionally decorated in a contemporary styling. You will love the fabulous Playa Royale pools, flowering gardens, and pristine beach! As guests at Playa Royale, you have exclusive access to the pools, spas and a huge children's pool with water features/slides/fountains, tranquil gardens that are well manicured, as well as use of the palapas and loungers located along the white sand beach. Spectacular ocean views can be seen from just about anywhere on this property. At night, the tranquility of Playa Royale is broken only by the constant roar of the surf echoing through the property.
Indoor/outside access from 2 doors onto a massive lanai/deck that features table and chairs. Cable/satellite reception on the 32" LCD flat screen TV, with DVD, is available in the family room. Included in this open concept living area is a Hide-a-bed that sleeps two guests comfortably, 2 wing chairs and ample room. A second full bathroom, with large shower, allows the 3rd and 4th guests privacy.
The deluxe maple kitchen has marble counter tops, raised eating bar and stainless steel appliances including side-by-side refrigerator c/w ice maker, range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A coffee maker, toaster, gourmet cook ware, blender, dishes, extra glassware and waffle maker ensure all the comforts of home. It is fully equipped with all the tools to do as little or as much cooking as you choose. A well stocked assortment of spices is available in our kitchen - help yourself!
A very large master suite with king-size bed, another TV/DVD unit, plenty of closet and drawer space, adjoining ensuite and shower room and 2nd access to the massive lanai/deck.
For more family comfort, 2 kids' foam chair/beds are provided in the unit. The laundry area has a stacking washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. Many comforts-of-home extras include clock radio, video library for the children, iron and board, pool flotation mattresses and more.
The water is purified, the electric current is the US standard 110, the unit is fully air conditioned and there is 24 hour security for the entire resort. The staff is bilingual, friendly and helpful. Every beach activity is right outside your door, including parasailing, jogging on the beach, swimming and boating, and watching the sun sets every evening from the beach palapas or poolside.
El Tigre Golf Course, Paradise Mall, the Sports Club and Spa Paraiso are close by and can be reached by Paradise Village shuttle pickup at Playa Royale. Guests can visit the Paradise Village Resort and enjoy all the amenities with a day pass, or join our Paradise Village Social Club for a small fee which allows guests membership for up to a month. You become part of the community to use the Beach Club pool and exclusive pool side restaurant, the El Tigre Sports & Racquet Club with tennis, Kids Club, lap pool, sauna/steam rooms, squash, racquetball, basketball, huge exercise gym, lap pools and classes.
It is a short 5 minute walk to the Paradise Mall where there is shopping, grocery store and restaurants. As well some very nice restaurants are available in the Resort and at the Il Pescatore at the Paradise Marina. There is even fast food from McDonald’s, Dominos, Subway, Starbucks and other choices in the Mall.
It is a short trip to Puerto Vallarta (20 minutes) with the excitement of El Centro and the Malecon, to Marina Vallarta (15 minutes) and you are only 10 minutes from the airport. Walmart and Mega grocery stores are a 20 minute bus ride and Costco is another option for stocking up for the week. A 2nd Walmart as well as a Mega and Chedraui supermarket are adjacent to the freeway between PV and Bucerias.
Nueva Vallarta Marina is nearby (1/2 hour walk or 30 peso cabfare) with Quixote's Tapas, Porto Bello and several other restaurants.
The Riviera Grill is right across the street from Playa Royale. There are a large number of restaurant choices nearby throughout Nuevo Vallarta.
Bucerias is a 1 1/2 hour walk along the beach or an inexpensive cab ride offering beachfront sunset and other dining choices, a flea market and an active art community.
For the more adventurous there are many tours and a multitude of options available. These include deep sea fishing, whale watching, swimming with dolphins, canopy zip line - Canopy River is our favourite, jungle trekking or day trips to San Sebastian for those that want to experience the 'old' Mexico.

We just spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful condo which is most certainly 5 star plus. It is absolutely spotless, very well decorated and shows pride of ownership (very condusive for a wonderful Mexican vacation.) The kitchen has everything anyone would ever need to make their meals. The grounds at Playa Royale are immaculate and the staff is very courteous and helpful. We would encourage anyone to book this condo for their vacation. We most certainly hope to return
