This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level home overlooks the 2nd fairway of the beautiful Woodhaven Country Club and golf course. The large, bright living area and cathedral ceilings lead to a feeling of spaciousness far beyond its 1400 sq ft size.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the spacious living and dining areas. Relaxing recliner sofas, reclining love seat and leather reclining chair will have the whole party lounging in style!
The large master bedroom suite has a King Size bed, a spacious walk in closet, a TV, a snug seating area as well as en-suite bathroom/shower room. The second bedroom has a day bed which can be separated to form twin beds or can be used as a relaxing den during the day. Across from the 2nd bedroom is a full bathroom.
Golf cart, tennis rackets and pool floats are available for your use in the connected 2 car garage.
Woodhaven is a top class gated community that has something for everyone! The par 70, 18 hole golf course is beautifully maintained and there is an excellent driving range and putting green available to the public. Golf packages and lessons available through the club pro shop.
Anyone for tennis? Perfect! The 8 newly surfaced tennis courts are available for everybody’s enjoyment. The condo is a stone’s throw away from 1 of the 4 community swimming pools, each or which has a Jacuzzi.
A gym with state of the art equipment as well as squash/handball courts are available for use in the Club House. The fantastic Club House has wonderful mountain and golf course views.
There are also countless restaurants, shopping, theatre, hiking areas, and casinos to be enjoyed nearby.
