We own (and reside in) this historic building located on a beautiful tree-lined East Village street.
We offer two different two-bedroom floor-thru apartments (each apartment is on its own floor, and are identical in layout, price, and amenities. One apartment is on the second floor (one flight up from the building entrance), the other is on the third floor (two flights up).
Each apartment is a fully renovated and newly furnished large loft-like two bedroom, one and 1/2 bathroom apartment in a pre-war brick townhouse. Each fully furnished apartment features exposed brick walls, high ceilings and a working brick fireplace.
Everything you need is provided from Egyptian cotton linens and towels to free Wi-Fi. Located in the East Village with Union Square, including the Greenmarket, just steps away ... so this is close to most subway lines. This location represents the best of New York City from a residential point of view.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations of five nights or less may only be made six weeks before the requested check-in date.
For stays of five nights or less, we require a one-night deposit to hold your reservation.
For stays of six to 10 nights, we require a two-night deposit to hold your reservation.
For stays of 11-15 nights, we require a three-night deposit to hold your reservation.
For longer stays please contact us for details.
PAYMENTS
Deposits can be paid in-person or by PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account), or can be paid by personal check if received at least one month in advance of your check-in date. Note that reservations are confirmed only after funds have cleared.
Balance of payment is due in full at check-in and can be paid by cash, cashiers check, money order or PayPal. Personal checks are only accepted for stays of five nights are longer, provided that it is a drawn from an U.S. bank.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
All guests are greeted upon arrival to exchange keys and payments, regardless of arrival time. Please let us know what time you plan on arriving to the apartment at least one week before your check-in date.
CANCELLATION
Nightly rate deposits are non-refundable except in the event that we are able to re-book your reservation.
PARTIES AND GATHERINGS
Parties, large gatherings, or smoking are strictly NOT permitted.

Isaac and Christina are working professionals, Isaac in real estate and Christina in publishing. We have a two-year-old daughter, Jade, who was born eight days before we purchased the building. Both Isaac and Jade were born in NYC, and Christina has called NYC home since 1991 when she came to the city to attend FIT.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Our family had a great time for our 6 night stay in the apartment while in New York for our daughters graduation. The location can't be in a better spot for sightseeing, dining, shopping, and anything else we could think to do while in New York. The apartment is central to the subway system and we were in Brooklyn for Grimaldi's pizza in 20 minutes. We did not use the kitchen to cook in with all the fantastic places to eat so close. It was a very short walk to NYU buildings we needed to visit. Christina and Isaac took care of everything from being there on our arrival to helping with the computer in the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting NY and wanting to see what it's like to be a local.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a lovely stay in Christina and Isaac's apartment in October. Unfortunately we had terrible weather which limited our ability to explore the city but it was great to be staying in a warm cozy apartment. The living area was very large and looked fantastic and both bedrooms were a good size, the bathrooms were small but that is what I remembered about NY. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and we fit into the apartment just fine. I can strongly recommend the steak salad from Mr Smith around the corner - a fantastic restaurant/bar. We caught a tour bus that had a stop close by and Soho was only a 10 minute walk (when it finally stopped raining!!) We also walked one morning to the Empire State Building and it only took approx 20 mins with a good coffee shop on the way (they were filming a movie next door to the coffee shop but I couldn't spot any movie stars!) The tour book that Christina has put together was great and all the maps etc provided were invaluable. Both Christina and Isaac were very helpful and friendly and their daughter was very sweet. Christina was pregnant when we were there so it would be nice to hear about the baby when it arrives! Karen & Chris Dobbyn

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Christina & Isaac's home. We had 3 adults and 2 active children for a long weekend stay and the apartment was the perfect size. We were so pleased with the lovely apartment and the hospitality of our hosts. We visited our friends, who also live in the East Village with 2 babies, and they were very impressed with not only the beautiful apartment, but with the great guidebook Christina made! I would highly recommend a stay at this clean, bright, convenient and comfortable home. Can't wait to return!

What a great apartment! Our 4 night stay was excellent. Isaac and Christina are great hosts, and this is a great location. Easy access to subways, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is huge and would be great for any group of 2-6 people. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the large living area. We would definitely put our stamp of approval on this place or any of the apartments in the building. This is going to be our first choice the next time we visit NYC! Thanks again!
