Our luxury villa is set in a convenient position on Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club close to all the on-site facilities and affords space and privacy without any undue noise. Offering two master bedroom suites with their own en-suite bathrooms making it ideal for two families sharing, and overcoming the problem of deciding who gets the master suite.
The large south facing deck area has an extended pool and spa with a large outside dining set with sun loungers to enable the whole family to have fun all day long or simply to un-wind and relax after a day at the parks. The spacious air-conditioned living area in excess of 2000 square feet with soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas, with the rest of the villa being color coordinated floor tiles. The superb facilities include flat screen TVs with digital cable TV, DVD players in all rooms. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, all the rooms have ceiling fans which makes for a light, cooled and airy environment. We have included free phone calls,(including international calls) and free wireless internet around the villa and pool area.
Family Room
This spacious, airy and comfortable family room allows everyone to make the most of their leisure time, there is a large 42" flat screen TV with Cable and a DVD player with surround sound, Stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player with a Ipod docking station, and to make your time in-doors special, the villa has a selection of DVDs and games you can also rent additional DVDs and PlayStation games from the local video store, only a short walk away and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway and Pizzeria who deliver to Highlands Reserve. The portable CD player can be used to play music whilst relaxing by the pool.
Master Bedroom 1
The first master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, 2x large dressers one with a large mirror, 2 night stands and a 32" cable flat screen HDTV and DVD player. The en-suite features 'his and hers' sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer provided. There is direct access from this en-suite to the poolside.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom has a king sized bed with bedside cabinets and a large dresser, 2 night stands, including a 32" cable flat screen HDTV and DVD player. The room also includes a large walk-in wardrobe. This en-suite has a bath with shower over, toilet, built-in sink unit and hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
The remaining two bedrooms are both twins (2 single twin sized beds) each with walk-in wardrobes, cable TVs and DVD players and are served by the remaining bathroom nestled in-between and consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in sink unit and hair dryer. The 4th bedroom includes the Play Station 2 games machine to enable the children to enjoy themselves without interrupting the rest of the family.
Dining room
The dining room includes large sliding patio doors which open out onto the Lanai/Porch allowing easy use of the outside dining suite, enabling your choice of eating either inside or out.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room have everything you could possibly need including a large fridge freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink and dishwasher all fully fitted to make for an easy approach to any food preparation. For your comfort and convenience, there is a laundry room next to the kitchen with a full size washing machine and tumble dryer with irons, ironing board etc. All towels (including pool towels) and linens are provided for your convenience.
Games Room
A recent addition is our well equipped games room which is cooled, airy and spacious, it will suit all ages and includes a full sized pool table, air glide hockey table, table fussball, and a full sized championship dartboard. We have provided tennis racquets for your personal use at the community tennis courts.
Large Pool & Lanai/Patio
Our privately screened heated extended pool faces south with sun on the pool area all day and glorious sunsets every evening. The pool has a removable toddler safety screen which can be folded away when no children are present. The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat and a perfect setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner. At night, the porch area is a great place for a private romantic meal overlooking the underwater illuminated pool. A large 6 seater table with chairs and 4 sun loungers are provided for your comfort.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service. We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, and baby monitor, which are all provided free of charge. To make your arrival less stressful, we can provide a Welcome Pack which contain basic essentials, please make this request at the time of booking. If you have any other special requests, we will try to accommodate these.
Wireless DSL Internet Access
And finally for those workaholics, you can use your laptop computer to get your email and surf the web via the complimentary Super-Fast Wireless DSL Internet Access - ideal for those of us who still need to keep their finger on the pulse. You can even use your laptop by the poolside - how's that for sheer indulgence?

Dear Fred, Just to 'Thank You' for your villa in June. It was absolutely perfect and every one really enjoyed our stay. Your villa was everything you said it would be.The kids( ages 15,13 and 10)loved the games room and even more, the internet access.We have an i-touch which was put to good use and it was great to have the docking station to recharge it.The laptop was a lovely surprise. The boys went playing tennis regularly as the weather wasn't too hot. And the pool was big enough that we didn't go across to Regal Palms at all. All the mod cons were great in the kitchen,especially the Kettle which you don't always get! The bed in the master bedroom especially,was extremely comfortable.All the other bedrooms were comfortable too. The restaurant we enjoyed the most was the Italian Carabas,we had a very enjoyable meal out there. The day enjoyed the most by all was Discovery Cove. Aside from the Dolphin Swim,the snorkelling pool was great and the fact that food and drink was all inclusive, meant it wasn't that expensive overall. Anyway,thanks again,we may be back again in a few years!!! Barbara Oakes

The Cunningham family stayed during August 2009 We had a lovely time in the villa. It was highly equipped and had everything we needed. Our children had a fantastic time in the beautiful swimming pool. A couple of days we didn't even go out we just stayed at the villa and enjoyed the excellent facilities, including the games room and pool. Highlands reserve is excellently located right near to shops and restaurants and within easy driving distance of the theme parks. We would definitely like to return again
