This is a beautifully maintained family home that is nearly 2000 square feet of fun! It is located on Tramway Drive in between Stagecoach and Boulder lifts in the Heavenly Nevada ski area and right on the Tahoe Rim Trail. It is on the main shuttle line to take you to the lifts and to the casinos and nightlife. The three story condominium townhome has a queen size bed and full bath on the bottom floor with a full fridge and opens onto a deck with a private hot tub. The middle floor hosts two bedrooms with queen beds in each and shares a full bathroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer on this level. On the main level, there is a beautiful, recently renovated, modern kitchen with all appliances and utensils and plates included. There is a large table and comfy couches in the living room. This floor also has a Blaze King woodburning stove for those cozy game nights with your friends and family. Overlooking the main floor is a spacious loft which has a queen bed and a couch which folds out into a full-sized bed. There is a full bathroom in the loft. This could be the skiing or hiking vacation of your life! My neighbors also rent our their condos but you can get a great deal on mine because I don't have the overhead costs they do and my rental fees are lower!!! Close to EVERYTHING and the lake views are staggering!
