Vacation at our beautiful, privately owned condo in a beachside complex on Sanibel Island. This one-bedroom condo is designed as a romantic get-away for two. Yet with a sleeper sofa that converts into a queen bed, this beach condo can comfortably sleep a family of four. There is everything you need to prepare all your meals at the condo, including an outdoor charcoal grill. The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and dishwasher....and we have two cable TV's, a stereo, a DVD player and free WIFI! The sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico are your backyard at our luxury condo and you have a view of the Gulf!

We use a reliable management company located on Sanibel to ensure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable. Our one-bed room, 2nd floor condo is a special place. It is ideally situated at Sundial West on Sanibel Island, just a 4-minute walk to the white sandy beach from our door! The beach is wonderful and goes on forever in both directions. We are part of a beachfront complex and the beach, our pool and the parking are free! There is a fee for some of the other amenities in the resort such as the tennis courts, work out room and bike rentals.

Our 2nd floor condo, (unit I207) is very comfortable, cozy and perfectly maintained. Some units at Sundial have a screened lanai and some do not---WE DO!! So, after a long wonderful day on the beach, sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Feel the warm island breezes. Hear the rippling waves on the beach. See the tranquil blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as many beautiful palm trees, some of which are lighted at night.

The bedroom area, with a queen-size bed, opens into the living area, but can be closed off from the living area with a sliding partition for privacy.

For your enjoyment our condo also contains all linens and towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, beach chairs and umbrella, beach toys, board games, books, and much more! Bring your CD's to listen to on our stereo CD player. A washer/dryer is available just down the hall.

Imagine escaping to a tropical paradise....to an exotic island and relaxing on the beach-we provide beach chairs and umbrella. The view from our screened lanai overlooks the resort grounds and the beautiful tourquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

And to round out your vacation, there is plenty to do in the area. Take long walks and collect rare and unusual sea shells, or enjoy the island's national wildlife refuge with exotic birds, plants and reptiles. As Florida's best kept secret, Sanibel Island is truly a unique island that offers something for everyone. World-class fishing, several 18 hole championship golf courses and fine dining all await you on this charming little island. Also available on the island are biking on 23 miles of hill-free scenic bike trails, hiking, shopping, live theater, kayaking, tennis, jet-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, dolphin-viewing and more. Bike rental companies will deliver bikes directly to your condo and pick them up when you leave. And there is plenty of oppotunity for beachcombing, birding, roller blading, canoeing, a historical village, a shell museum, golfing or playing tennis at the nearby Beachview Golf Club, and sail and power boating. Plus the Everglades National Park is only a day-trip away! There is surf casting off the beach, or charter boats for tarpon, flounder, grouper, mackerel or redfish and delightful cruises to other islands are available.

The surroundings on Sanibel Island will captivate you as you take in all of it's charm.
