We use a reliable management company located on Sanibel to ensure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable. Our one-bed room, 2nd floor condo is a special place. It is ideally situated at Sundial West on Sanibel Island where you can enjoy the beach! We are part of a beachfront complex and our condo is just steps from the beach! Imagine escaping to a tropical paradise....to an exotic island where time seems to stand still. The view from our screened lanai overlooks the resort grounds and the Gulf of Mexico.
Take long walks and collect rare and unusual sea shells, or enjoy the island's national wildlife refuge with exotic birds, plants and reptiles. As Florida's best kept secret, Sanibel Island is truly a unique island that offers something for everyone. World-class fishing, several 18 hole championship golf courses and fine dining all await you on this charming little island. Other activities include biking on 23 miles of hill-free bike trails, hiking, shopping, live theater, sailing, kayaking, tennis, jet-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, dolphin-viewing and more. Once you have come and found this great vacation paradise you will keep coming back.
Sundial Beach and Golf Resort is nestled on over a mile of shell-strewn white sandy beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Our nicely furnished condo is privately owned and does not offer free access to all of the resort facilites. It utilizes the same beach and has free parking and free access to a beach side, heated olympic size pool shown below. However, resort facilities are available to you for an extra fee.
Our 2nd floor condo is very comfortable, cozy and perfectly maintained..perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. Some units at Sundial have a screened lanai and some do not---WE DO!! So, after a long wonderful day on the beach, sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Feel the warm island breezes. Hear the rippling waves on the beach. See the tranquil blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as many beautiful palm trees, some of which are lighted at night.
For your comfort, there are ceiling fans throughout, (lanai included). The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The sofa in the living area opens to a queen size sleeper, (our kids love it). The bedroom area, with a queen-size bed, can be closed off from the living area with pocket doors.
For your enjoyment our condo contains free high-speed WI-FI, all linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, HBO, cable, DVD player, VCR, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels. board games, books, and much more! Bring your CD's to listen to on our stereo CD player.
The surroundings on Sanibel Island will captivate you as you take in all of it's charm. There are many things to do and see.
There is surf casting off the beach, or charter boats for tarpon, flounder, grouper, mackerel or redfish. Delightful cruises to other islands are available. The island's white sandy beaches are
unspoiled and natural and a treasure for shelling. Besides all of the water and beach activities, there is the famous Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. No matter what you are looking for in the way of fun, entertainment or relaxation, you'll find it on Sanibel Island.
Many of our guests rent bikes to bike the 23 miles of scenic bike paths on the island. Bike rental companies will deliver bikes directly to your condo and pick them up when you leave.
During season-Christmas to May-a wine and cheese basket is available.
