This is a great house and a great location only 1/4 block TO THE beach and restaurants and a lot of fun.THE ADDRESS IS 154 146TH AV E. MADEIRA BEACH. You will enjoy this solid 3 bedroom house with a private sitting area in the back patio. Enjoy a nice cookout on the grill.
The bedrooms are fully furnished and freshly painted. The living room is warm and inviting. The kitchen is very workable and fully equipped with pots and pans, silver, dishes etc. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or a nice dinner in your dining room with seating for 8. Then wind down for a nice comfortable sleep in the nice fully equipped bedrooms including sheets, pillows, comforters etc. Also with a touch of a switch turn on the central air if it is a bit warm.
