Casa Azul, the original and very first private house ever built along the 25 mile coastline between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, is idyllically situated in the tranquil swimming bay of the prestigious Palmilla Resort. You can swim to your yacht moored out front after a round of the Jack Nicklaus golf course, paddle around the point to catch world class Costa Azul waves, gallop into the back country, or simply gaze at the whales frolicking, as seasoned travelers Lauren Hutton, Albert Finney, David Bowie, Greta Scacchi, Eric Idle, Iggy Pop and many other artists have done before you. There is a therapeutic feeling of peace and privacy within the walled scented gardens. You can take a 5 minute stroll on the beach or on the roads to The One And Only Palmilla for morning tea or 5 star dining. A US graduate chef is avilable upon request for exquisite meals at home.

Palmilla Norte was the first subdivision within the Palmilla Resort. A gated community with 25 private homes, no condos, it fronts the only swimming beach in Palmilla and its small boat harbor. Yachts may be moored directly in front of the house.
The Jack Nicklaus Palmilla golf course surrounds Palmilla Norte with one of the ocean fairways as its northern boundary. Palmilla is 4 miles from the 300 year old colonial city of San Jose Del Cabo, its shops, restaurants, town square, cathedral and seat of government.
There is the resort´s Shoppes OF Palmilla for luxuring shopping, spa, gym, banking, gourmet restaurants (Niksan Japanese). A large scale grocery shopping center and state of the art Amerimed Hospital are 5 minutes up the road.
