Backyard is an entertainers paradise with Beach entry pebble sheen pool, Jacuzzi and swim up bar, Large exterior TV, also a propane BBQ to use for your convenience.
Home is beautifully decorated with south west flair and has a Master Bedroom with separate entry to the pool and two additional bedrooms for additional guests. Master and additional bedroom have Direct TV and Living Room has HD TV with Direct TV connection and DVD player. Wi-Fi is connected in the home.
Water filtration system throughout house, Heater for Jacuzzi/Pool during those winter months(propane tank to be filled/paid for by renter). Garage is not available.

We are Canadians who rented this home in February 2012. We were very pleased with this home and would recommend it to any of our family or friends. The house was immaculate with a great open floor plan. What you see in the pictures is what you get! We especially enjoyed the backyard which is absolutely gorgeous. The service we received while booking this property was excellent. Our questions were answered clearly and promptly by both the owner and his assistant. This was our first visit to Lake Havasu and enjoyed the city immensely. The London Bridge area is very picturesque and we found the people to be very friendly. Great city to visit....and great house to stay in. We hope to return soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this wonderful home for the month of Feb 2010. It was as it was described and more. We enjoyed the hot pool almost every night. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and close to all we needed in the of shopping and sight seeing. We wish to thank Mark and his family for sharing their home with us. This was our first time using VRBO and we hit the jackpot! This is a beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood of Lake Havasu. The hot tub was super and the privacy is second to none. It is a very roomy, comfortable home. The owner was very gracious and super to deal with. There is lots to do in the area and you are within a few hours drive from Mexico or Vegas. The golfing is great and very reasonable. I would rate this rental as a A+. When we come back to Lake Havasu, we hope to rent it again.Owner response: Glad to hear you enjoyed our home.
