Our small gated Villa development has meticulously maintained tropical colorful grounds surrounded by the inter-coastal waterway. We have a beautiful large heated pool & a hot Jacuzzi with lounging chairs and a covered pavilion surrounding the pool area to get out of the sun. We have a River Walk for morning walks, a dock & Pavilion for boating, fishing, and to enjoy the views over the water, where you can entertain your guests day or evening. Most of the villa's are owned and used as vacation villa's. Buy resort passes for the childern to spend fun filled days at Club Med.
If you like to shop you'll love the small quaint boutiques, outdoor cafes, restaurants, live theater, museums, in the
quaint water front towns of Stuart & Jensen Beach just 7 minutes away. The big Treasure Coast Square shopping mall is

My villa's are newly renovated, exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished. Both have big screen HD TV's & high speed internet. The floors are ceramic tile thru out both villa's ( no carpet), they have washer & dryers, fridge, stoves, micro's, dish washers. There is central air conditioning & heat. Walk out your patio door to enjoy the back yard & our mature orange & grapefruit tree. Sit on our tiled patio deck for sunning & cook outs, Enjoy the screen room that is located off the living room as well as off the master bedroom with perfect water views! My spacious 1 Bdrm and 2 Bdrm Vila's come fully equipped just bring your suite case, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa for 2 weeks and had the best vacation ever! The villa is beautifully furnished and very clean, everthing you could possibly need. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a full sized barbeque and a great furnished patio area for sitting. This was my favoirte area first thing in the morning, the sun would shine and I would enjoy my moring coffee. The location of the villa within the gated communtiy is great with a perfect location for early morning walks and just a few steps from the pool and beach. We especially liked the area of Port St Lucie. Great shopping and lots of restaurants and just minutes from Jensen Beach. I would highly recommend this villa and the area. This will be the only place we rent when we return to Florida. Susan R
