The villa is located in a Private GATED Water Front Community called "The Villas Of Sandpiper Bay", with up scale villas, meticulously maintained grounds surrounded by the intercoastal waterway and golf courses. It has a lovely large heated pool with deck & lounging chairs, a HOT Jucuzzi, and a covered area around the pool to get out of the sun. There is a river walk & beach / park area, a boat dock & Pavilion for boating, fishing, to enjoy the evening sun sets. The all inclusive Club Med Resort surrounds us to the right and the Ballentrae Golf & Yacht Club surrounding us to the left, walk or drive your golf cart to both! Enjoy the beautiful beaches, shopping,the Mets Spring training camp, the small quaint towns of Stuart, Jensen Beach & Vero Beach with their boutiques & outdoor cafes, restaurants & theatre just 5 min away. We have some of the best beaches in Florida.
Everything is close by to the Villas of Sandpiper Bay.
