The Villa was built in 2001 with 1,970 sq feet. Renovated in April 2008, inside and outside. Starting with new tile floors, Granite countertops, costume kitchen cabinets. All new appliances in kitchen with 4 burner stove with 5 warmer element, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The appliances are all stainless steel. All utensils and cookware are accented in red. A cooks dream kitchen! In the eating nook has a new table and 6 chairs. Living room has a 62 inch flat screen TV. Leather sofa and couch with oversized armchair. Designer end tables and coffee tables accented with Tiffeny lamps. A combo dvd/vhs to watch your movies from a tiring day from the theme parks. A triple sliding glass door leads to the pool area. 2 master bedrooms that both have 37 inch flat screen TV. Also with dvd/vhs combo in each. Both also have a walk in shower.

#1 master has a extra large walk in closet, its own private toilet inside the ensuit which is lockable. Garden(soaker)tub, granite counter tops with 2 sinks and a towel closet, with extra towels. New mattress, box spring night tables also with Tiffeny lights. And aimoire also new. With a door to the outside pool. #2 master New Queen-size mattress, boxspring night tables also with Tiffeny lights. And aimoire also new. Extra large walk in closet. The ensuit has a walk in shower with a single sink in the granite counter top. Also with a door leading to the outside pool. The 2 other bedrooms have new twin beds with 30inch flat screen TV, both also have a dvd/vcr combo. The walls have Disney charters pictures. Formal dining room with new table and 6 chairs.

ALL WINDOWS LEADING TO THE POOL ARE ALARMED FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN! The enclosed pool has a Lanai so that you can sit in shade while enjoying the sun with the comfort of a ceiling fan. patio table with 4 chairs and 2 loungers, to enjoy the cool evenings. "Just imagine it" There is also a double garage for your use. Just so you don't think that we forgot the little ones there is a crib/change table and high chair which is also new

This is also a golfers paradise with up to 100 courses. With the nearest being approx 5 min away! Calabay parc is on US27 which is close to 14, but far enough not to disturb you. Restaurants, one of the largest shopping centers in Davenport is within 5 minutes. With Target and Best Buy. A short drive to US192 has an abundant of restaurants to many to mention. The international airport is approx 30 min away. Now for the kids: DISNEY is only 15 minutes away!

  • "This is our first time renting this house and we were not disappointed. There are many updates in the home which made it appear to be brand new. My wife particularly enjoyed the open concept of the kitchen. Both of us enjoyed the larger screen T.V.s found in the kid's rooms. It kept the kids busy and out of our hair playing video games which can be distracting when adults are trying to converse. We were reluctant at first to rent because it was further away from the theme parks, but the 15-20 minute drive was well worth the savings we enjoyed in renting a little further away. It actually added up to quite a bit which allowed us to do more on our vacation. The only issue we had was a burnt out pool light which once identified, was promptly fixed the next day in our absence. Very happy with this accommodation and have booked again for next year."
