The apartment has been completely refurbished throughout: an open-plan living room, kitchen with all modern appliances and dining area, new bathroom with shower.
It is situated in a small market town; it's within a 5 minute walk to Holmebrook Valley Park, with fields, wildlife, and a lake where you can fish (subject to license ).
It's 10 minutes by road into Chesterfield town center: with its cobblestone market place, hosting one of the oldest open-air markets in England; its famous unique Crooked-Spire Church; The Queen‘s Park, with boating lake, children‘s play area, and Chesterfield Cricket Club ground.

Chesterfield has live theater, nightclubs, and local pubs offering good and inexpensive lunches and evening meals. At the Meadowhall Mall in nearby Sheffield you can shop ’til you drop.
Apartment is 4 miles from the nearest railway station and close to the M-1 Motorway Junction, for easy access to other parts of the country. Manchester International Airport is 46 miles away by car. Local bus service is close to the apartment; taxis are plentiful.

  • We had two wonderful weeks in Chesterfield - there were two couples and we were very comfortable in the apartment, which was well furnished and had everything there that we needed. Great places to visit, lots of history, and great shopping. The Market was wonderful.

  • We stayed over the Christmas holdiay and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very nice and well equiped with everthing we needed to be comfortable. Bright and cheery, very clean. Owner was a dream to deal with. It was conveniently located to the bus line and within walking distance of resturants. Easy access to train station. The entire town was charming with lots of sight seeing in the surrounding area as well as in the town itself. A great location to explore this part of England from. We can whole-heartedly say we would rent this apartment again.
