Thaynes Canyon Retreat is perfectly located on the edge of the Park City Ski Resort and bordered by the Park City Municipal Golf Course, creating a magical setting for this wooded, mountain retreat.
The home is nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms, an office and four baths. The upstairs has two master suites, both with cozy Queen beds, a fireplace, private balcony and spacious bath with walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The third bedroom is on the lower level and also has a queen bed and a bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom 4 has a twin roll-away. The family room has a Day bed/Trundle that sleeps two for a total of 9 in beds.
The main level is ideal for entertaining with a great Chef's kitchen fully equipped with Viking appliances, cookware and dishware to serve up to 10 guests. A spacious living room features a stone fireplace, screen television with cable, internet and DVD player. A large dining table seats 8 in a formal setting. Other features include a private hot tub on the back porch, a two-car garage, a fenced yard and a laundry room.
After a great day of skiing the best snow on earth you can mellow out with a game of pool, soak in our hot tub or lounge on the back porch with a barbeque and your own firepit. Our Villa is so cozy and perfectly located that you will want to come back again and again.
