If you have a large group, don't rent two or three places, here is the answer.
Is it hard to keep the kids happy and contained? The indoor amenities we have will make their vacation fun and memorable.
The fun never stops, but you can, as the entire playground is on its own floor, and has observation
windows to supervise the kids. You owe it to yourself and your group to never have to look to find a
place large enough to comfortably accommodate you ever again. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

We were looking for a vacation place for our family of 40 and we found the absolutely perfect place! The Reunion Retreat was everything we could ever have dreamed of for our children and grandchildren. We have stayed at 4 other lodges in Bear Lake and The Reunion Retreat far surpasses them all! Never once did we hear "I'm bored" or "what can we do now?". There was something for everyone to do all the time and we made sure we made lots of wonderful memories. Tyson was quick to respond to every question we had before our arrival and that was important to us. Thanks, Tyson, for making our vacation so enjoyable. The pictures you have posted are exact and the video was such fun for our family to watch while waiting for our vacaton date to arrive. We loved our stay and hope to be able to return again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We had a great time at the Reunion Retreat. The size of the house and number of bedrooms was great for our large group. The kids LOVED the playroom and it kept them entertained the whole week. We would definitely recommend it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Spent 4 days and loved it. Prefect for our family of 7, spouses and grandchildren. The property pictures are exact.Tons of activities, plenty of room to breath, awesome location and a breathtaking view. Tyson is great to work with and answered all my questions. I am not giving it 5 stars because of a few hospitality issues. The house was not completely cleaned and there were not enough bath towels. Also, the property does not have the complementary items travelers have come to expect from VRBO properties. Such as in house hair dryers, soap, conditioner & shampoo. Hand soap was non-existent. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. Luckily we brought plenty of our own, just in case. Had I been flying in, I would not have been prepared. Although these things are available at the local grocery store at twice the price. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and hopefully we will be returning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We recently stayed at the Reunion Retreat in Bear Lake and I must say that we were more then impressed with our experience there. This cabin has pretty much everything you could ask for to entertain people of all ages. The home is furnished so beautifully and doesn't have a "log cabin" feel to it with mismatched furniture, ancient televisions, and grandma's quilts on the wall. Tyson was so great to work with as well. If there were any problems at all, he was quick to respond and help us ratify the issue. Everyone in our party left more then satisfied and would definitely love to come back. If you are considering staying in a place in Bear Lake and you want somewhere with room to entertain people of all ages, this is the place for you!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We rented the property at a time when the weather did not allow us to go boating or swimming which seemed a little odd for Bear Lake, but we had a glorious time. The kitchen was so well equiped with a very large fridge, 2 dishwashers and the two sinks, two stoves and 4 ovens. And the granite is just gorgeous! We could have stayed in the kitchen all day, it was such a joy to cook and clean in. The family had a great time with basketball competitions, ping pong and air hockey competitions. The little ones were nonstop entertained in that house, the playground, the movies, and the tramp kept them occupied, not to mention the slides we all went down. they were a blast for us! You see we are an unusually large family. We usually have teenagers and grandkids sleeping on the floor in a loft area or on sofas. It was so amazingly nice to have a bed for everyone. We did not even use the hide-a-beds in the sofas. The veiws were beautiful from the windows ( the lake is so so pretty blue,) and drew us outdoors for walks to get the famous rasberry shakes, and bike rides along the countyside. We have stayed in a lot of large beautiful vacation homes and mansions for our family reunions in the past from San fransisco to Hawaii to Sundance and none can compare to the overall, well equipped, fun oriented place this was . Thanks for building and renting out such a great place!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We just returned from a long weekend stay at this fantastic rental property. We had my entire family there for our reunion, which is a pretty big group with many different ages & stages. It suited everyone perfectly. All the kids were completely entertained the entire trip. There was endless fun down in the playroom, great movies in the theater room, plenty of room for games, karaoke, and large group gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough dishes, cups, and cookingware, not too mention plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. The beds were very high quality and we slept great. We spent a day snowmobiling & sledding up Logan Canyon and it was the perfect setting. Tyson was awesome to work with. He was very accomodating to our check-in & check-out needs and was always friendly and helpful. He was easy to reach and made our vacation plannning easy. Thanks for providing our family with such a memorable & FUN vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We have stayed here several times, and our kids absolutely love it. It is especially great when we go snowmobiling because the kids have fun stuff to do, and we don't hear "I'm Bored" the whole time. That is a breath of fresh air compared to several other places we have gone where there was simply not enough to do. This place is absolutely awesome!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: Hi, I am Tyson. I am a macro economic financial avisor. I started a mortgage company when I was 19 years old, and was a real estate broker for a number of years. My areas of specialty include Real Estate, Mortgage Financing, All insurance products including cash value Life Insurance, Some investment funds, Asset protection, Estate Planning, and Personal and Business coaching. I absolutely love assisting people to take their lives and/or their businesses to the next level. My philosophy is for people to invest in themselves, and to avoid the world casino known as the stock market, where all wins are paid by a loss.
Why the Owner Chose Garden City:
I chose to build this home because I have a large and close extended family and a great deal of friends that that all travel together. We absolutely love the Bear Lake area, and our issue was that there was nothing that existed that would comfortably house all of us, allow us to have entertainment, have room to cook a meal, and keep the kids occupied and happy. This house does it all. The indoor playground is absolutely great, because it keeps the kids happy and occupied, especially when we go up in the winter for skiing, and snowmobiling. The kids are able to enjoy things they would normally do outside, all inside the house. I also have the middle floor of the house with six observation windows and a railing so the adults have their space, but have a good idea of what the kids are up to.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Benefits you will enjoy while staying here is simply that a large family can be comfortable, have a great time, and relax, knowing the kids have tons of things to do, and they are safely within the walls of the house.
