This one bedroom,one bathroom condo accomodates six (no more than 4 adults) with King-size bed in Master, Hall Bunks (perfect for the kids) and Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. This low rise condo is located on the second floor and features a beautiful view of the Gulf waters and beach from the living room and balcony. The private gated beach access is directly across the beach road, just a few steps away.
This cozy, casual and comfortable condo has been decorated with Floridian/beach-themed furnishings. Our economical rates make Gulfview ideal for couples or families. Unwind and relax in this family-oriented, private resort with everything you need for your Florida vacation!

Year Purchased: 2001
My husband and I bought at Gulfview after searching all along the coast from Panama City to Gulf Shores and kept coming back to Destin and in particular Miramar Beach. The ocean waters of the Gulf of Mexico just run through my heart, soul and veins. I am most comfortable here. This is a chance to share our condo and also enjoy it ourselves.
Why the Owner Chose Gulfview
I chose Gulfview because it is cozy, comfortable and affordable. Perfect for small families and couples. So close to the beach, just down the stairs and across the beach road to the private gated beach access. Just takes a few minutes and can come back up for lunch easily. It is quiet and uncrowded, not high density. Yet everything you could need is so close by. You can even walk to several seafood restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I really enjoy coming off the beach and taking a swim in the pool, followed by a dip in the hot tub to totally relax and unwind. The view of the Gulf from the balcony or living room just tops it off.

We have made this a family tradition year after year. Your place so great. there is nothing that you could want.It is all right there. Bring your bathing suit & beach towel. Everything else is provided.

This was the perfect place to spend out 10th anniversary. The weather was great, water clear, the beach clean. God willing, next year we can escape winter for two months! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us.

One year ago on this date my husband and I were married. As we had honeymooned in this area we knew it was the perfect place to spend our 1st anniversary. Despite reports of Hurricane Frances coming our way the weather has been great. The water was clear, the beach clean, and no pesky marine life. We had fun looking for sand dollars, found crabs, sea snails and sting rays. What a memorable time.

Thr fireworks were really great!Tons of great ones all up and down the beach. The weather was really great! We really enjoyed the sunset dolphin cruise. We saw two jump out of the water. Thanks for the use of your beach home!

Great Location! Peaceful, serene & still close to the action. Great shopping, loved Books-a-Million, fun restaurants(Fuddpuckers, Back Porch, Pompano Joe's) powdered sugar beach. We've always gone to the Atlantic-East Coast of Florida but love the Gulf Coast now.

Unit #209 at Gulfview became our "home" away from Home during the winter months of 2004. Veronica, thanks for your Southern Hospitality...... You truly care and make every effort to ensure the comfort of your Vacationing Renters. Gulfview 11 has a great location with a magnificent stretch of Beach across the street.(A few mornings we even saw the Dolphins frolicking) The "heated Pool" and Jacuzzi was definitely an extra bonus even on cool winter days! We look forward to returning to Destin next January.

We had a lovely time in destin. The accommodations were wonderful as well. We liked the heated pool and jacuzzi and the condo had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk. I would definitely go back again.

We went for the week of Labor Day and it was great. The condo was clean and ready. It was only a short walk to the beach, maybe 100 yards. The water cleared up while we were there and the beach was awesome. Great food, great fun, Book us for next year.

We just returned from our stay at your condo and are pleased to report everything was perfect- the weather, the accomodations, the beach and the food! We spent endless hours at the beach and pool and even caught a glimpse of a school of dolphins one morning (in the gulf, not the pool!). For anyone with kids between 4 and 12, the bunk beds were awesome according to our two. When you go, try out Pompano Joe's down the street- very good food, reasonably priced, and a lot of it.
