The weather was great all week. We went site seeing at Cades Cove, Skylift, trams, Comedy Barn is a must do, Apple Barn, Calhouns & Old Mill. We hiked to one of the falls hoping to see bears. Lelyn's Birthday in the mountains...with perfect fall weather. We went to mokey Mtn knife Works, Mel's Diner, Sky tram, shopped and ate at the Old Mill. We really enjoyed just being together, Hot Tub/ Jacuzzi and just being away. We LOVED the cabin!!

It was raining on arrival, but beautiful for the enitre weekend - 52/79 We went to the zip line, Dixie Stampede, Cirque de Chine, Dollywood, Rod Run and Chilled at the cabin. Big Daddy's Pizza was very good. We Really enjoyed the quite time together at the cabin.

Perfect weather - 80's We ate at the Diner, very nice people! Went to the Titanic Museum, walked the Gatlinburg Strip, went to Tangers Outlets & Belz. Cades Cove was wonderful and enjoyed the Nascar Track. We really enjoyed spending time together. The cabin was very clean and cozy!

It was hot and Humid. We road the Gatlinburg Sky lift, Titanic Museum, Dollwood and went White water rafting. Pancake Panry was great. The Highlight of our trip was the Jacuzzi bath tub and just relaxing at the cabin.

We came to see the area and look to purchase property here for retirement. It was hot and Humid. We looked at a lot of properties from Del Rio to Walland. Very Beautiful Country. We really like the Dandridge area. It is quiet and relaxed. Bean Station overlook!!! What a view!! The cabin was wonderful. Looking forward to coming back!

We came for our 20th Anniversary. It was hot, but cooler than at home.... We went to Gatlinburg, shopped, Watched our SC Baseball team in Omaha try to repeat as the #1 team. Went to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and the Apple Barn. Our Favorite moment was when the door lock opened and we were in this wonderful cabin for the first time! We really enjoyed spending time together here with No phone calls!!

It was very warm, but we did get a few Thunderstorms. We enjoyed Dollywood, shopping at the outlest & local shops and ATE A LOT! We went to Forbidden Caberns - very interesting! Hung out at the cabin and relaxed. We very much enjoyed the cabin, the Hot Tub and the Jacuzzi Bath! Apple House restaurant in Cosby has great food and a great view...worth the drive.

We ate at Calhouns: my favorite, and relaxed in the Hot Tub at the cabin. The Dixie Stampede, Apple Barn, and Magiquest are highly recomended. We really enjoyed just being alone and away from everything! We have been to Pigeon Forge lots of times and done it all!!! The Hot Tub was Awesome!!! Thanks!

It was in the 80's and Sunny. We shopped in Gatlinburg, Watched movies inthe cabin, (thanks for having some here), Slept in, Drove to Ashville for the day to see the Biltomore and Chimney Rock. Went to Cades Cove and hiked alog the Blue Ridge Parkway. Favorite moments were spending time together in this wonderful cabin!

We cooked in the cabin...such fun.., went hiking near Cades Cove, Ate at the Old Mill, bought fudge at Three Bears General Store, Played Portal 2 and watched movies at the cabin. We loved the Jacuzzi. We loved the cabin :) Hikes in the mountains were awesome!

We are leaving today and would like to stay for another week. This cabin is wonderful. The cabin has everything a traveler could want or need. Loved the Jacuzzi Bath and Hot Tub! Free WIFI was and added treat! Kitchen was stocked with every cooking item needed. Will never stay anywhere else again. You will not find a better value for your money. Very, very reasonable rates. Nice cabin with a couple big flaws

My girlfriend and I stayed at this cabin this past weekend. We experienced some good things but also some very bad things. When we showed up Friday night, our passcode would not work. We had to call the owner to use her "secondary" code to allow us in. That is not a big issue and is just a minor detail but it is a problem that could and should have been realized before we arrived. When you pay this sort of money, some times the small things count the most. Then we started cooking. The kitchen was one of the very nice things about the cabin. But afterwards, we had planned on relaxing in the hot tub and winding down from a 5 hr trip. That wasn't able to happen b/c the hot tub was COLD. We called for hot tub service and they said "give it time...it was just cleaned an hr ago. It self heats." We took that answer even though we shouldn't have b/c it should be ready to go by the time you get there if you pay the money for that feature! We emailed the owner afterwards and she said "Yes, the Hot tubs do take several hours to heat up. This is listed in the terms and conditions and will happen at any cabin where it is a guest change over day where the hot tubs are just cleaned.(There is a lot of gallons of water to heat up)." The problem is that despite what is said there, when you expect someone to pay a couple hundred dollars..they should have the entire package available. Cleaning the hot tub should have been done hours before so there was not a waiting period. Then to make matters worse...the hot tub was still not hot by night time and in fact, it didn't get hot all weekend so it appears that it was a problem with the hot tub heating system. This would have been figured out if they cleaned it Thursday and tested it Friday before we got there. I am sure at that point the owner would have responded with "we couldn't do that b/c we had people staying there Thursday night." I'm sorry but when you accept a couple hundred dollars from me for 1 weekend, then I will expect that feature to be working ON TIME. If that means you take a day off in between allowing guests to stay in order to test every issue that may arise, then that is what you need to do in order to ensure EVERY guest has a stay worth the money they are paying for this cabin instead of spending it on another cabin elsewhere...by the end of the stay, we felt as if we upheld our end of the agreement by paying up front...we deserved every feature available but that didn't happen.....

Owner response:We do everything possible to keep all equipment in good working order. At times, as with any unit, things happen that are out of our control. To correct a problem, we must know there is a problem to correct. The guest did call my cleaning staff upon arrival. As noted above, the Hot Tub, by Tennessee Law, had just been drained and refilled. Any unit of this size, does take a few hours to heat up which was stated to the guest. "The water may not be warm yet if the Hot Tub was cleaned that morning or afternoon. Have patience and give it a few hours to warm up." is also stated in my terms and conditions of the rental. Myself or my cleaning staff were never notified after this initial call that there were any other issues with the Hot Tub. We can't correct a problem if we don't know it exists. We encourage our guests to call us so that we can correct a problem if it arrises. No call was received so we were never given a chance to correct the Hot Tub issue. Upon notice of the problem after their departure, a Hot Tub maintenance company was hired to check out the Heating System. Marc & Jane

We came to "A Jungle Paradise" to get away. We did lots of shopping, speedway park, wonder works, Cades Cove, Ripley's Aquarium, Haunted House Museum & the Ripley's Bleieve it or not. Grilled out here @ the cabin & lots of spa...Hot Tub.. time. Dixie Stampede was great. Recommend grilling at the cabin. Save $ and you know how it will taste...lol The Hot tub was amazing..The entire 5 days of getting away was my favorite....:)

The Weather was absolutely perfect...warm and sunny. We went to the Dixie Stampede, Huck Finns and Old Mill which was delicious! Took the Ober tram ride, Cades Cove was breathtaking! Apple Barn, Winery Tour, & Old McDonald Putt, Putt.... The Hot tub was wonderful....especially with a FULL MOON!! We really enjoyed sleeping in and then getting in the Hot Tub. Amazing place. We came for a Birthday trip / get away. We relaxed at the cabin, drove through Cades Cove, hiked to Laurel Falls, enjoyed the Hot tub, had breakfast at Applewood, went to the Aquarium, rode the trolley through downtown Gatlinburg, ate at Bubba Gump, Drove Roaring Fork, hiked to Grotto Falls, ate at Best Italian Cafe. This cabin is really nice, especially for the rate the owner gave us. It has great amenities, it’s romantic, and it’s close to all the attractions (Dollywood, restaurants, shopping, the Mountains, etc). The owner is very nice, gives great detailed info, and is very prompt with responses when you have any questions. The listing is very accurate, the property was clean, and the hot-tub and jacuzzi were awesome! If you’re tired of hotels, or you just want to have a relaxing, romantic vacation, this is the cabin for you.

We love everything about Gatlinburg and come several times a year! We usually stay on the strip @ Hotels, but this is way cooler! We reccomend the Biltmore and Bear Creek Grill. We didn't see any bears. Love the Cabin it was very cozy! Will be back very soon.

This is a place to "Just have fun" and we sure did. Took the kids to ride rides, Aquarium and drove thru the mountains. The cabin was just right for us. Thanks for letting us stay. We came to the Mountains to "get out of Ohio" lol We relaxed, visited Gatlinburg & went Mother Nature Hiking in the Smokies. Laurel Falls & Grotto Falls was great. Best part of all, just sitting in the Hot Tub with some Budweisers and making dinner in the cabin. We LOVED this cabin. It was peaceful & made for a very relaxing getaway. The steps came in handy when you eat like HOGS! HAHA Be back very, very soon!

This is only a 2 hour drive for us and it was the perfect place to get away from work on our long weekend, relax and just enjoy each other without distractions. The rain kept us from going to Dollywood so we stayed in and watched movies & enjoyed the Hot Tub. We recommend just "staying at the cabin" It is very relaxing. The Hot Tub is WOW!
