We have recently (just this year) remodeled and newly furnished our nearly 2300 square foot, Desert Falls Country Club townhome featuring three bedrooms, three baths and a loft with sleep sofa.
Your gorgeous Palm Desert home has stunning southwest mountain views and is situated in a prime location with an Olympic size pool just steps from your covered, west facing patio. This sparkling pool is just close enough to be readily enjoyed, but far enough away to preserve the tranquility of an evening on the patio or deck. The downstairs saltillo tiled patio has a designer table and chairs and two lounge chairs as well as a Ducane natural gas barbeque grill conveniently located.
Your master bedroom has a king size bed, a large private balcony and Jacuzzi bath with a separate shower. The two guest bedrooms both have queen beds and and there are roomy baths for each. The guest bedroom on the second level is a mini suite with an attached bathroom and the guest bedroom on the first level has a bathroom located just outside the door.
There are two new flat panel plasma TVs, (a 50" in the living) to enjoy your favorite movie or that "big" game, plus a third TV in the upstairs guest bedroom. The great room contains plenty of seating for entertaining with a large sectional sofa and two plush and comfy chairs - perfect for getting cozy in front of the travertine hearth fireplace ... just right for those chilly desert evenings!
Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hr. guard gated community with a world-class Ron Frehm design golf course. Known as the "friendliest club in the desert", your use of nine lighted tennis courts, complete state-of-the-art fitness center, racquetball, pro tennis and golf shops, a large and beautiful clubhouse, and twenty-five pools and spas (two saltwater) is included in your stay. Golf is available on a pay-per-play basis and our rental guests may purchase multiple round packages at a discount - with advanced tee times available.
Located approximately 13 miles east of Palm Springs, about 2 hours from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, Palm Desert and Desert Falls Country Club is served by major airlines from Palm Springs International and Ontario International airports.
