Our townhouse has all the comforts of home, including two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, another bedroom with a day bed and a trundle, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a large capacity washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi and long distance. It also has a two-car heated garage as part of the unit, critical for keeping your car out of those 14" snowfalls that make the skiing so great.
We are a block away from the Breckenridge Snowflake Lift, one of the more secluded lifts on the hill with no lines, and across the street from the Four O'clock ski-out trail. Why worry about lockers, crowded and expensive restaurants for lunch, or forgetting something at home, just come and go as you please.
The Winterpoint II complex has access to a heated and covered (in the winter) pool and hot tub just a few yards down a wooded path, extra parking a few steps away if needed, and is a short walk from the center of downtown Breckenridge. The grocery store is just a 1/4 mile away, and the nearest liquor store is just down the hill a few blocks!
This beautiful mountain town has something going on all year round, from music and art festivals to shopping and duck races on the river. The Breckenridge Golf Club features 27 holes of unique mountain terrain (watch out for the beaver lakes) designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The ski hill features hiking and an alpine slide in the summer, and the Recreation Center is close by and always open with all the indoor sports and swimming you can stand. Come have a great time here and feel like you're a local in our home away from home!

Why the Owner Chose Winterpoint Townhomes
We've always loved how close it is to the mountain (ski in, ski out) and also to town. It's off the main roads too, so it stays pretty quiet all year round, and it's a spacious layout with high ceilings in the living room and plenty of room to gather.
The closest ski lift to us, it's about 2 blocks, and it's mostly residential access, so no lines, and you can buy lift tickets there too!
In case you need rentals or want to enjoy the lodge festivities, we're only about a quarter-mile from the main lodge (a downhill walk too)!
Just a two-minute walk through secluded woods, and you have a pool (covered in the winter) with several hot tubs at your disposal. Feel free to wrap yourself in a towel and make a run for it!
Taking the Four O'Clock run when your day is done, or if you just want to run home for lunch, drops you off here, just a block from the front door.
