Just like home, if your home was a block away from some of the best skiing in Colorado!
Our townhouse has all the comforts of home, including two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, another bedroom with a day bed and a trundle, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a large capacity washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi and long distance. It also has a two-car heated garage as part of the unit, critical for keeping your car out of those 14" snowfalls that make the skiing so great.
We are a block away from the Breckenridge Snowflake Lift, one of the more secluded lifts on the hill with no lines, and across the street from the Four O'clock ski-out trail. Why worry about lockers, crowded and expensive restaurants for lunch, or forgetting something at home, just come and go as you please.
The Winterpoint II complex has access to a heated and covered (in the winter) pool and hot tub just a few yards down a wooded path, extra parking a few steps away if needed, and is a short walk from the center of downtown Breckenridge. The grocery store is just a 1/4 mile away, and the nearest liquor store is just down the hill a few blocks!
This beautiful mountain town has something going on all year round, from music and art festivals to shopping and duck races on the river. The Breckenridge Golf Club features 27 holes of unique mountain terrain (watch out for the beaver lakes) designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The ski hill features hiking and an alpine slide in the summer, and the Recreation Center is close by and always open with all the indoor sports and swimming you can stand. Come have a great time here and feel like you're a local in our home away from home!

Why the Owner Chose Winterpoint Townhomes
We've always loved how close it is to the mountain (ski in, ski out) and also to town. It's off the main roads too, so it stays pretty quiet all year round, and it's a spacious layout with high ceilings in the living room and plenty of room to gather.
The closest ski lift to us, it's about 2 blocks, and it's mostly residential access, so no lines, and you can buy lift tickets there too!
In case you need rentals or want to enjoy the lodge festivities, we're only about a quarter-mile from the main lodge (a downhill walk too)!
Just a two-minute walk through secluded woods, and you have a pool (covered in the winter) with several hot tubs at your disposal. Feel free to wrap yourself in a towel and make a run for it!
Taking the Four O'Clock run when your day is done, or if you just want to run home for lunch, drops you off here, just a block from the front door.

Staying at the condo made my trip to Breckenridge complete. It was clean, well maintained, and attractively furnished. The location was perfect for walking into town and driving to other attractions in the mountains. I highly recommend this property.

Photos are accurate and description is spot on. Great location, walk to Snowflake lift as described or better yet, just a couple of blocks to either Quick Silver or Beaver Run Super Chair Lifts in the Village at Maggie Pond. Only a couple of blocks to Main Street, Starbucks (other local coffee shops too) and the center of town. Nice master suite and 2 other bedrooms. Lovely decor, great kitchen and dining area for meals in. We had eight for dinner one night and had plenty of room. Good for games too. Fireplace is great for snowy evenings. It's gas and heats up quick--no wood to mess with. Don't miss the clubhouse with heated pool and hot tubs. Owner was super easy to deal with. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic. There were six adults and four children and we had plenty of room and amenities for the whole crew. Easy access to Main Street made for ease of planning and coming and going as we pleased. Other comments from the crew: Great location, nice to have an area for the kids to ride bikes around and proximity to playground and town was so nice. We appreciated the extra blankets and pillows available and even the soap and shampoo - as we forgot ours! Even the green dinosaur toy that we discovered the last morning was a great find for the kids as well as the highchair. Great kitchen utensils (especially knives) and stocked with good cooking wares (enough pots and pans, cutting boards, etc). Nicely kept and updated. In short... THANKS! We'll likely be contacting you again.

We had a really lovely stay. Your place was very homey and comfortable, and everyone in our group enjoyed it. We had 5 people (two couples and one single), so it was the perfect amount of space. It was also very convenient to the Snowflake lift and shuttle stop; we even walked into town a couple of times. We were really happy there was a garage, too - very convenient. All in all, we had a great time and will not hesitate to look you up again if we return to Breckenridge!

Enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge - condo was exactly as described. Very clean with all the conveniences of home and super location for skiing or going downtown. Lot's of room - having a garage was perfect for storing skis and keeping the car out of the snow. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Breckenridge. Also, great communication from owners. We had a great time in a beautiful condo. The description was accurate, the photos reflected the appearance and amenities, and it was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this property to friends and we are considering making an annual trip to stay in the same condo. The location is between the slopes and the town and a short walk to both. The 2 car heated garage is great for the car as well as having a place to take off your wet cloths before entering the condo.

your condo was great.the acess to the pool,hot tubs and snowflake lift was ecellent.your kitchen was well equipped so we ate in 3 out of the 4 nights.bedrooms were very comfotable.with limited parking downtown the short walk downtown was nice.we will rent your place again next december.thank you,bill

We really enjoyed your place. I think Winterpoint is the perfect location, especially since you can 'roll downhill' and be at the Riverpark, and that is where all the action was this weekend. We have stayed before at Winterpoint and yours is the much nicer house. I liked all the nice touches and everything was well thought out. I know this sounds mundane, but the washer and dryer are awesome. We prefer to stay in a townhome or condo when we are up there because we can stretch out. We will definitely stay at your place again. I can't think of a better location and the place was wonderful.

We were very happy with our stay at your condo. The location was perfect and the condition of the condo was excellent. We have stayed at many places in our travels in the Breckenridge area and this definitely is in the top three places we have stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone.
